Experience Always Wins…..
Once upon a time, there was a boy who lived in a village named Merum in Kerala. He was belonged to a poor family but his dreams were big. He wanted to achieve something and like every child he wanted to make his parents feel proud of him. He wanted to achieve success but on his own hard work. His parents made him complete his schooling somehow.
Later on he wanted to study in one of the reputed university of Mumbai. He also got the admission in that university on the basis of his 10th and 12th result. But his parents could not afford the fees so he decided to apply for the scholarship. To get that scholarship till he completes his post-graduation he had to clear one examination.
He asked one of his friend for guiding him to clear that examination. But unfortunately his friend misguided him and advised him not to worry as he can clear the examination without preparing for it. On the other hand his elder cousin who was almost 7 years elder to him advised him to prepare for the examination as these exams are difficult to clear. But the boy did not pay much attention to his cousin’s advice and did not prepare for the examination.
The day came, he had to appear for the scholarship examination. The boy could not write anything in the paper as he did not prepare anything and as a result he lost the golden opportunity to get admission in one of the reputed university of Mumbai.
Moral: always listen to your elder’s, they will never misguide you.
