“Help”

Red
Is all I see
Red
The drips coming from my wrists
Someone help
Please
“Mom”
I scream
But no one comes
I just want to leave this horrible place
Please take me
The way people treat me
Makes me cry
No one loves me
I’d rather die
Nothing will help me
Nobody can do anything
No one can say anything
I bottle my emotions
People don’t know
Nor will they ever
My silent tears come from my eyes
My anger makes me hate the world
I think people hate me
But they don’t
In my mind my friends are enemies
My sadness kills me slowly
The hate towards everything fuels me
My conscience tells me lies that people say about me
People tell me to stop
But what do they know
No one can control the monster I have become

I feel so sad that you feel this way about yourself. But I am sure that you are not a monster and that no one else thinks that about you either. No doubt you are much harder on yourself than anyone else. I hope you will be able to start to focus on any and all of the good things in your life, and in the people you are close to. No doubt you are much harder on yourself than anyone else. I hope you will be able to start to focus on any and all of the good things in your life, and in the people you are close to. Once you start focusing on others, and on positive things, the bad stuff will gradually melt away....

I think life is change. Everything that is living is always changing, it is simply a part of life.
I'm really glad to hear that you are trying to focus on better things, Laina. Keep trying :-)

Thank you. I have been trying to focus on the better things but there is always a part of me that will never change. Your feedback means the world to me.
