Gifts(Jewel Chever) *I know this isn't my best writing I wrote this poem around four years ago and I found it in my files and felt like posting if for a laugh*

Gifts something given on joyous occasions
I come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
I’m usually wrapped in decorative wrapping paper.
I am given to the ones you love to remind them of how much you love them
I am passed around on holidays, and birthdays.
But sometimes I come In other forms: maybe a helpful friend that you didn’t know you needed or a child that you’ve always wanted.
Or someone to pick you up when you feel down.
Gifts are all around not just on holidays and birthdays.
