AMANDA and the POLITICAL PARTY DONATIONS
Born 1947, M, from Zurich, Switzerland“Of course political parties should be privately funded -- otherwise there would be enormous burdens upon the taxpayer. Our rich people, and their private industries, only think of the good they can do for the country through charity. Only communists and left-wing liberals would accuse the wealthy benefactors of planning underhand practices! Why should the workers be troubled by politics and wealth management, when they are too busy doing their work?” droned speaker Nicholas Falange to the Debate on Political Financing.
The discussion at the United Nations was broadcast internationally, as every country worldwide had an interest in the outcome of such arguments. The speeches were being relayed to the situation room of the International Crisis Team (ICT). Jeremy Bard commented, “Falange has a reputation of wishing to return to the ‘old school’. The members of the various associated political parties wish to return to the days of ‘empire’ - where they were the senators, generals and the owner class. Suggest to any of them that perhaps they should try life as one of servants, gladiators, or even one of the ‘slaves’, they would laugh at your face – not understanding at all what you could be talking about! It goes without saying to such persuaded, that they belong to the ‘ruling class’! Their ‘new world order’ means them at the top, with others doing the work - especially the dirty work! These ‘rulers’ should receive a financial allowance from the State for their dedication to themselves, and well as suitable property, servants, and transport to support their status. They should regularly expect upgrades and honours, as part of their entitlement.
During the next pause in the transmission from the United Nations, Sir James Mace, addressed the members of his ICT, “As you know this discussion is part of a series of political debates about the future of political party donations. Some poorer countries want the United Nations to support a motion ‘that private donations be restricted because there was claimed misuse of such funds!’ We have been asked by the United Nations Future Planning Committee to prepare a document on this subject, with the idea of international implementation. “
“I have asked Jeremy Bard and Amanda Spike, the international consultants, to outline the current status”, announced Sir James and Jeremy continued, “Many citizens in richer countries have become upset by the millions invested by major companies into the political party election funds. It has become quite clear in many cases, that the purpose of financial donation was to support lobbying - and eventual law changes in the companies favour, plus tax breaks for the companies and their owners.”
Jeremy nodded to Amanda who continued, ”The opponents to massive limitless political donation maintain that political party donations are being used to sponsor antagonist advertising against opponents. There are examples of the funding of ‘fake news’ agencies supporting the wonders of the paying politicians, and practically murdering of other politicians who did not pay these agencies. Even more extremely, some donors viewed donations today as investments for political and financial favors in the future, when the sponsored political party rises to power. The legal structure is easily manipulated unfortunately, and laws can be rewritten if enough ‘lawmakers’ can be persuaded to vote the ‘correct way’. As bribery is never acknowledged in our society, it is hard to pin down who is causing what to happen. Our society is deemed ‘holy’ and it is only ‘other lesser countries’ that indulge in such primitive practices as bribery. ‘Graft’ is only a label from ‘gangster’ movies not in real life in real cities.”
Jeremy Bard continued, “Uncertainty has reached a critical stage in several large nations, all at the same time. Their political structures have become doubtful public relations offices, and the political candidates are often rehearsed actors rather than politically convinced individuals. Much was at stake in these countries where national politics have been replaced by a ‘reality television show’. Sadly the whole development is ‘unreal’ because the proceedings follow scripted productions of party politics where the outcome is predetermined by the script.”
Before the proceedings started again at the United Nations, Amanda Spike noted in conclusion, ”A reasonable counterproposal from some of the smaller and poorer countries proposes that private donations in small amounts could be allowed (equivalent to maximum of 1000 tolars), all donations must be publicly registered.”
Sir James Mace took the pause in proceedings to address his International Crisis Team (ICT), “It might be a good idea to agree among ourselves, what exactly we mean by certain common kinds of ‘political labels’. Perhaps I could ask Stiggar Rasmussen as a military adviser, and Monseigneur Maurice Mangold as our non-political religious philosopher, to give us their thoughts.
Monseigneur Maurice Mangold began, “Often the labels of our political parties have less to do with their actual beliefs than some simple practical designation. Turned around, many faithful believe the name of their party must faithfully represent their own personal political conviction. For example, all the name ‘republic’ means is that the elected leader is a ‘president’, whereas a ‘monarchy’ means that the dynastic leader is a ‘king or queen’. This should not be confused with which is the better system, after all it is widely believed that a ‘good king’ is better for a country than a ‘bad president’, or vice-versa!
Stiggar Rasmussen continued, “ Well we all know that the suffix ‘–crat’ is from the Greek word meaning “power”, “rule,” “government,” or “governing body”. The prefixes contain all of the important distinctions. All that ‘democracy’ means is that the power is in the hands of the people, this can be so in a ‘constitutional monarchy’ as in an ‘ideal republic’. There are diversions and even corruptions of many political designations throughout the political systems of the world. Most countries wish to think they are perfect and it is the system of other countries that are wrong. Thus it is allright to call others ‘oligarchs’ or ‘fascists’, and confuse ‘communism’ with ‘totalitarianism’. Some countries after revolution began with ‘communities’ and ‘social awareness’ and from that evolved into autocratic tyrannies.
Monseigneur Maurice Mangold went on, “Most of these political designations refer only to system of government. Superimposed on this is the belief and practice of how we deal with business and money, and how we value people compared to wealth. So ‘capitalism’ is the society whose central belief and reason-for-being is wealth. ‘Demicrats’ are those who are half ‘democrat’, with the other half being just as wealth-oriented as a ‘capitalist’!”
Sir James Mace thanked the two definers and went on, “We will certainly need to be precise in what we are talking about in our political deliberations in the days. In the end we must find also a away to remind people outside of this ICT, that political fervor is extremely dangerous, especially when individuals are prepared to attack and punish other for having different political beliefs. Can I now open the discussion about the trends and happenings in national and international politics?”
Dr. Algernon Andrew Aitcheson, the social behaviorist, joined the discussion, “It is clear to all, that national politics has progressed a long way from where interested and concerned individuals offered their service to the community to improve the situation at all levels of government - from local, though regional, to national. Nowadays whole commercial agencies are hired to promote one candidate over another - commonly by manipulating information rather than listening to power of argument. Persuasion had become open threats, and voting had become one where fear of loss and enraged hate had taken over the political agenda.
Professor Wallace Wells, the famous international psychologist, joined in, “The access to power and money is through the political portals. Having the say in national politics is rather like directing future tyranny. Those already in the system and who liked the taste of political power certainly want to remain there. They also like the taste of the political life with its privileges and perks. High-level politics is all about policy-making – actually the making of policies that funnel the financial flow. Large amounts of public tax money is funnelled into many projects directed by private big business- from building, though services, to selective healthcare, to name but a few.”
Dame Daphne Delvine, who is known to many of you for her work in Social Services, took up the discussion, “At this level of reward, politics has become a dirty business. Personal reputations are built or destroyed quickly by teams of managers who’s sole purpose is the proliferation of ‘my political party”! For this, large amounts of funding are required – some for ‘personal donations’ as bribery is now called, the rest for advertising-space in certain newspaper and television stations. This funding mostly comes from political donations. This is why this subject was bursting the news headlines all of the time, as one politician was glorified because his party had paid a lot of money, and his opponent was vilified because he had not paid that particular agency.”
Sir James Mace noted, “At the same time as the international presentations at the United Nations, the Capitalist Party has organized a national rally at the Capital City’s Empire Sports Stadium. The leaders of the Capitalist Party announced that as they are the most important organization in the world there is no reason to stop their rally, in favor of some ‘unimportant presentations’ by ‘disorganized countries’.
Sir James Mace finished, “We can switch to the presentation of Senator Al Ways Right being given to the Capitalist Party right now”.
“There is no corruption in our country. We do not accept bribes for services to be performed. We have no connection of organized crime,” so went the political speech of the Senator Right to his crowded supporters in the Empire Sports Stadium. “Our politics are therefore of much better standard than most countries with whom we deal in trade and in international commissions. We should be better treated by the rest of the world, and certainly much more respected by these other countries,” summarized the Senator Right.
The speech was clearly heard by all in the situation room of the ICT. Jeremy Bard commented, “We do not yet know whether Senator Right actually believes every item in his statements as absolute truth at all levels, or is presenting a front to his voters! We understand that there will be private meetings between the leaders of the Capitalist Party behind closed doors in the executive suites of the Empire Sports Stadium. Luckily Agent Claire Sight is leading a Security Team right now to check out the private meeting rooms for any irregularities before the meetings!”
Claire Sight appeared on screen with a crackling field microphone, “Good afternoon Sir James and ICT. As you see we have examined the conference rooms and find the security level to be very good – except for one thing, the room is heavily bugged with microphones and micro-video cameras. We do not know yet whether these are official, or whether they are invasive. Until we hear from the Security Wing of the Capitalist Party we will assume that the Audio/video links are legitimate. We will of course monitor any transmissions to make sure that no attacks are planned! Over and out!”
The ‘Old Guard’ of the Capitalist party had invited only themselves to the first meeting. The ‘Old Guard’ were exactly that, the ultra-wealthy backbone of the Capitalists from established families. Those family dynasties had become wealthy following civil unrest many decades ago. Their enormous wealth was periodically refreshed by supporting of wars overseas in the name of ‘Free Trade’. Many remained ‘convinced colonialists’ in their political conviction.
Luckily for us, the discussion was broadcast via the hidden microphones and video links. In any other location the Security Teams would have shut down these links, but typically the Capitalist Party accused the National Intelligence Agencies of spying ‘ for the Opposition' and so ignored any warnings!”
Mutch McMillions, the speaker and tax-cut specialist for the ultra-wealthy, opened with his traditional comments, “Of course our Party deserves any privilege that we claim - we are the legal inheritors of our nation. It is for us that our country went to war to protect our interests. Those poor soldiers died to protect the wealth of our Party, and the future for the children of our Party. It is clear that we must protect the laws that we introduced - which permit unlimited donations to Our political party. We may think of introducing new legislation that limits the amount of money that can be paid to other political parties. The donations to us are legally used for endless advertising on our behalf. This of course legitimises us to destroy the reputation of our political opponents!”
Count (Cesar) Cashe began his familiar monologue, where the words were echoed by his wife Lotsa Cash for those who had missed them the first time, “Furthermore our donations are tax-deductible and therefore act like a tax cut for us rich donors. Don’t forget the expenses for our politicians in office and other provisions are very generous –all at the tax-payer’s cost. Also because of our ‘private donations’ to our politicians, they can pretend that they do not actually need a very substantial salary or other official remuneration. They can even donate a few tolars to the poor, or other favourite charities which are further tax deductible.”
Not enough Profit, a multi-billionaire who had made his money from other’s misfortune, looked a lot like his name and behaved in a similar fashion, ”Don’t forget that in the chartered rules for the Capitalist Party it is clearly stated that Big Business has the right to exist, the right to exploit the workforce, the right to take as much profit as it wants, and the right to tax deductions for donations to the Party. Quite soon it is planned to give honorary titles just like noble aristocracy to all of our favored members, who think of themselves as royalty.”
Bi. G. Deale, an overweight ancient who dined on hambergers and diet soya was well known for exaggerating everything towards his favor, “Federal subsidy, especially in crisis, should only be for ‘big companies’. The dividends, stocks and Party shares must be protected. Small companies would not know what to do with government subsidy! There is no point in the poor getting wealthy they would not know what to do with the money! The poor cannot buy shares in our Party’s glory simply because they don’t have the correct banks, nor the correct post codes, and do not belong to our golf and tennis clubs. By the way most of these subsidies should go to my companies - so that I can brag about my winnings for this year!”
Iown The Banks, claims that he is descended from ancient royalty, his father was a baron and his mother was a countess. Banks waved his inherited mother’s handkerchief with the embroidered colonial flag, to announce his speech, “The big banks need big subsidy for the famous trickle-down effect, whereby if you give the money to me then what I spend will eventually reach my servants, and provide temporary relief to their starvation. How can we rich pay our bills, if all the money is already given to the poor?”
Baron Banks went on with his distinct waving of his countess handkerchief, “ The money collected from donors to other political parties should be distributed to us - because we favour representation by land-surface ownership not by population density. If other-Party companies go bankrupt because of our legislation - which favours our Party and only the ultra-rich, the other-Party companies should be forced to lower their value to such a level that we can step in and buy their business for next to nothing. Then with our deserved federal subsidy we can re-inject funds to the companies we have just taken over, and one of our Party-members will make massive profits. That in turn will lead to massive injection of funds into our political party. By the same token, insider-trading is only legal for members of the Capitalist Party – don’t forget that!”
J. C. Morgana, of the ancient banking family, claiming to be descended from King Arthur, well known for very ‘patriotic’ political leanings quipped, “The poor probably are all ‘communityists’ - they all wish to do nothing, and we should be expected to pay them for pausing between workshifts? My family vehemently denies that we have continually abused them for generations. We offered them jobs, so that they could choose between being servants for trickle-down money or being forced to work for no pay! It is not true that we overworked them so much, that they were so exhausted, that they could not object. They do not deserve more pay - especially when it bites into our massive profits!”
Bishop Blessed, who adopted his title because he like the response it brought him from churchgoers wherever he went, banged his staff, adjusted his MGGA red cap, and raised his crooked hand, “There are a few institutions which we must preserve because they define our traditions and legacies. Membership must be reserved for the truly devoted, true patriots, true big-amount donors, believers of authority, but eternal damnation for the unworthy! Not everyone can belong to the elite because simply it would not be ‘elite’ anymore. By birthright of course everyone in this room belongs to the ‘elite’ - further donations from you will guarantee this birthright!”
Bill Bondi, a vocal member of the private banking family that had printed government bonds and federal money for generations, “Those who can rise by themselves to become multimillionaires, may apply to join the higher echelons of our Party. Of course they must all belong to land-owning families who have been profiteering for generations. None can join us from the ‘demicrats’ unless they also undergo religious-political conversion, is that not true Bishop Blessed?”
The Bishop nodded and waved his money-collecting incense-burning thurible - which was used to burn banknotes of foreign countries, as well as incense.
At this natural lull in the proceedings, Mutch McMillions suggested that it was now time to open the doors to the potential New Guard. These were children of Old Guard members who showed high potential – with the right breeding and the correctly high-amount of Party-brainwashing that was required for such responsible office. Mutch had also invited a few supportive visitors from other Capitalist Parties overseas. These guarded the International Capitalist Fund, which could be dipped into from time to time by Capitalist Profiteers, instead of funding natural disasters.
Erick Sonovrant, Ronny Sonovrant Junior III, Bi G. Mouth, Luke Atmee, and Barbie Dyed Blonde, were among the invited possible national New Guard. From overseas Jean-Claude Ostriche, represented the International Capitalist Fund. Ostriche had recently dropped his other known names ‘Dominic Pouvez’, when he recently remarried another millionairess so as to escape international persecution.
Jean-Claude Ostriche splurged, “For devoted members of the International Capitalist Fund, we are trying to remove differences between countries in terms of entitlement and of expectation. We must firmly establish our ‘one lesser rule for them, but special rules for us’ mentality.”
Ostriche’s speech was greeted with applause from the New Guard electorate – who were obviously trying to attract attention for themselves from the Old Guard members who had uniformly fallen asleep. One by one, the New Guard electorate were trying to shock awaken the Old Guard with one outrageous statement after the other.
Barbie Dyed squeaked, ”Then there is the business of subsidy for farmers. Certain farmers should certainly receive subsidy when crops fail - and they need support to be able to begin again next year. Mostly the subsidy should go to the landowners as compensation for the millions they have lost because the pickers avoided their work by not having to pick the crops that were destroyed by natural disasters. If we do not bribe the landowners with billions they would just let the farms collapse, and would not have food nor the structures to process the foodstuffs next year. This would not be corruption it would be righteous support for members of the Capitalist party!”
Jean-Claude Ostriche took the opportunity to glorify himself among the half-awakened Old Guard dozers, “On the international level if one foreign government subsidises their farmers, they can export it to us cheaper than our farmers can produce it. This is unfair practice! However we can subsidise who we want because we are special! We don’t call it ‘subsidy’ we call it ‘rescue in difficult times’. We can self-righteously sanction against other countries because they have dared to have different opinions to our lawmakers.”
Erick Sonovrant, the not-so clever son of a major politician who sought to erect his family as a dynasty forever, burbled, “If our government ‘sponsors’ our industry, it is not the same as other countries ‘subsidising’ their industry! For example our government may wish to develop a new fighter plane for the military, and makes money available to the aircraft company from the ‘war-chest’. At the same time the company is developing civil aeroplanes. Perhaps the civil planes will benefit from the ‘support not subsidy’ for the military planes. But in our books this is not ‘subsidising’ our civil airplane industry, because there are two different budgets. It is a pity that other countries don’t see things this way - but we are concerned about them subsidising their aircraft industry to sell cheaper in our country! We have corned the world market in warplanes and know it is our right to corner the civil aircraft market as well. After all the skies belong to us, just as does the world’s oil in the ground, and the worlds water in the reservoirs.”
Ronny Sonovrant Junior III, found it always necessary to repeat what his brother had just said. Usually this was not required - but actually Ronny’s mind, small as it was, was usually buried in one of his hobbies. Ronny blurted, “We pay our three major aircraft builders to supply us with warplanes. The cost run-overs are not ‘subsidies’ to the civil aircraft industry - which they also run. Other countries directly give money to their industries and through this subsidy can ask a lot less than our horrendous prices – which are way above what the costs are. The ugly prices are just right level for the owner families, which we wish to support with taxpayers money. Our industries are thus not ‘subsidised’ by our definition – and don’t forget our rewriting of international law must be accepted by any foreign companies who want to do business with us!”
Luke Atmee, who was usually ignored by everyone, jumped up and down with a scowl on his face and wearing a red cap like Bishop Blessed’s shouted, “My father told me that we can easily sanction other countries because the world’s banks are centred in our country, or they have branches with us. These banks could not operate and make profit without our licenses!”
Bi G. Mouth, belonged to a dynasty of profiteers with a characteristic anatomical feature, the words rolled out of the hanging corner, “ The Capitalist Party lawyers have always advised my family to divide the various branches of our fortune, so that one division goes bankrupt each year. The other branches can thus claim that they do not need to pay income tax for several years to compensate for this loss of income. It is possible to shuffle tax documents from city to city, and state to state, and end up avoiding all investigations. A few banks overseas finally help to seal the deal, especially if we have dirt on some of their CEO’s. The coup is that when the subsidies come around - which they do each year for crises that we acknowledge as those from which we can benefit, we can extract horrendous sums to compensate for false investments in disaster stricken regions. Oh, ‘The glories of being able to select one’s site of subsidy income’, has always been one of our family’s mottos.”
There was a lull in the Events at the Capitalist Party meeting. Mutch McMillions indicated it was probably a good time to indulge in the proper lunch of Capitalists. Trays of cheap hambergers and diet soya were wheeled into the room by subservient red-cap wearers wearing hygiene face-masks.
All of the Capitalist Party’s statements had been relayed to the ICT meeting room via the surveillance system discovered by Claire Sight’s Team. Sir James commented, “It looks like the Proceedings in the United Nations are starting their next session. We should probably listen in to what is going on there.”
Several speakers had announced themselves to speak to the United Nations on “How good capitalism can benefit the world”, and “What can we do about exploitative capitalism in the under-developed world?” Senator Al Ways Right had been nominated by the Capitalist Party to attend the upcoming speeches in the next session of the United Nations. Like all members of the Capitalist Party, if the discussion was not about themselves they paid minimal attention, especially to the names of others. So for Senator Al Ways Right and similar egotists, we will simply refer to the United Nations speakers by successive number. The editors apologize to the rest of the world.
United Nations Speaker 1: “We are not against Capitalism at all - if you mean using money to start companies, to pay the workers, to repair the infrastructure. However, if you mean stealing the money of one group to line the pockets of the other group - then yes we will be against that definition of Capitalism. That is just about as bad as when the central committees of communist countries steal the money of the workers to pay the political leaders and those in the political Party.”
United Nations Speaker 2: “We are not against people getting rich if it is clear that it does not involve dishonest practice. We are all grateful when private wealth has built wonderful buildings and gardens, when hospitals are functioning, when charities feed the homeless and disadvantaged.”
United Nations Speaker 3: “When wealth is gathered at the expense of the population at large, or simply stolen from government companies or subsidies, then we are definitely against that!”
United Nations Speaker 4: “When individuals can bend the laws to benefit themselves or not pay taxes, then we can say they are defrauding society.”
United Nations Speaker 5: “You may disagree but all of these activities mentioned as examples by the previous speakers are criminal. It may be that there are loopholes in the law that need to be modified, but to continually profit from the society because of legal loopholes is also criminal.”
United Nations Speaker 6: “To consider that one is smart to defraud the taxman is like stealing from your fellow citizens. You may get away with it or humiliate others into not persecuting you, but in time your conscience will catch up! What you have no conscience? Then you are right - you will most likely become a successful politician!”
After this series of heart-renderingly honest presentations from the United Nations numbered Speakers, Senator Al Ways Right was much more emotionally moved that even he, ‘a Capitalist Tough Guy’, had ever dreamed possible. He was distracted while walked slowly with his crew towards the Court Building, when a group of broody protestors moved directly towards him. About ten broody protestors wearing uniform hoodies, all very quickly donned ski masks, and, squeezed between the jubilant public supporters and the Senator’s six-man security detail. However just as quickly, a larger group of jubilant public supporters rapidly rid themselves of political posters, and inserted themselves between the broody hoodies and the Senator’s six-man security detail. These ‘friendly jubilant public supporters’ were actually all members of Amanda’s ICT.
There were several scuffles and use of pepper sprays. In no time at all, all ten of the just-demasked broody hoodies were bound with handcuffs against the metal railings.
“Who is behind this aggression of yours?” Amanda asked one of the ten antagonists in the subsequent questioning. After much stalling and pretending not to understand regional accents, one of the ten confessed that it was a small even more extreme political group that had hired them to act against Senator Right. Dana Washington of a non-Capitalist News Network, told Amanda that this ‘troublemaker’ group was behind quite a lot of political unrest in the County. There was vague talk of sponsorship connections with some higher politicians. There was even vaguer talk of connections with ‘organized crime groups’ on the national level. Political parties did everything they could to pretend that either ‘organized crime’ did not exist, or when proven - that the connections were with other political parties.
The ten ‘troublemakers’ were to roughen up Senator Right and present him with a letter. The letter said if he didn’t stop talking about corruption he would regret it. If he did stop talking about it he would receive large monthly remunerations.
Senator ‘Al Ways’ Right was referred to as ‘Saul’ by his fellows in the Capitalist Party, who did not like the idea that some other was allowed to be ‘Right’ all of the time. It was these others of the Capitalist Party who were the most ‘dumb struck’ by the change in Senator Right, but as you expect this ‘dumbstruckness’ did not last for long – for that would be betrayal of the Party’s aggressive methods.
Senator Right had seen the light. The honest ‘truthful’ presentations by the nameless speakers at the United Nations representing the World’s poorer but most numerous nations, had had an irreversible enlightening effect. Such sympathetic reaction to inaugurated ‘non-bigoted’ and ‘non-hypocritical’ presentations, was not to be expected from Capitalist Party members.
Like Saul on the road to Damascus, Senator Right instantaneously changed his name to ‘Paul’.
When asked whether the event took place on the road to Damascus D.C.? - the Capitalist Party Speaker rapidly corrected the location to Damascus on Thames!
Senator Paul Right managed to win his seat in his own right, as an Independent - not as a member of the Capitalist Party. Despite his quite different message Senator Paul Right was able to single-handedly change the ominous regulations and rules imposed by the Capitalist Party over generations, onto the National and International Judiciary Systems. We print for you below some of the more recent changes being proposed by Senator Paul Right. We ask you to consider these alternatives when you are asked to cast your vote.
New voting Proposals on ‘New Rules for Political Party Donations’, by Independent Senator Paul Right:
PROPOSAL 1: ‘For every million donated the candidate must give a talk to school children explaining their possibilities in the future. Ten millions = ten talks, etc.’
PROPOSAL 2: ‘Candidates must give a talk on international television about ‘the ideal world for all people’.’
PROPOSAL 3: ‘If in the following years there appears any evidence for lobbying success by the candidates on behalf of Big Business, this would penalise the political party by up to ten times the amount of the donation.’
PROPOSAL 4: ‘For every million donated by companies, they must reward their workers with a 10 percent pay rise. 10 million = 100%’
PROPOSAL 5: ‘Cannot change the laws of the previous administrations with regard to anything financial, within 8 years (2 x 4 terms of office)‘
PROPOSAL 6: ‘Lobbying cannot simply change long debated laws, each proposal to reverse laws should have 5 year waiting period to develop arguments for both sides not just for the lobbyist-profiteur.’
PROPOSAL 7: ‘Any laws to change activities in the environment for the worse, must involve ‘clean up’ clauses and ‘no future damage’ clauses.’
PROPOSAL 8: ‘Any change in health regulations for humans or animals must require 5 year mutli-disciplinary proofing by non partisan or all partisan discussion.
PROPOSAL 9: ‘While there may be no direct bribery of officials for permits and permissions, any non-declared payments to political parties amount to corruption.’
PROPOSAL 10: ‘No anonymous partisan voting, all voting public.’
PROPOSAL 11:’ Mutch McMillions and his committees cannot simply overrule any objection to Capitalist Party forced laws.’
PROPOSAL 12: ‘If my party wins the elections then no rules can be rewritten to reward my supporters and punish the other political parties.’
Remember Senator Paul Right’s central message “Country and People First, Country and People Second, Political Party Third.”
In the end the ICT did not need to intervene at all. The conversion of Senator Right was an enlightenment to many former members of the Capitalist Party. New religious orders sprang up all over the world, where people were more important than money. They established their gathering place at St. Pauls to celebrate where the conversion of Saul to Paul had taken place. Even Mutch McMillions joined a holy order and disappeared from public view. A ‘blessing’ commented Bishop Blessed to those watching from above.
The world became a safer place for everyone. With the disappearance of capitalist greed, the world’s crime rate decreased practically to zero, for there was no reason to steal anymore. Everyone had shelter and had enough to eat. Weapons had disappeared from the streets - only being presented at Capitalist Party rallies behind closed doors. People were friendly towards others and helped one another, as we were told to do by all of the ancient religions.
AMANDA and the POLITICAL PARTY DONATIONS(Alan Bruce)
“Of course political parties should be privately funded -- otherwise there would be enormous burdens upon the taxpayer.

We may all hope and dream in the land of reality.
We only lose when the unreal (selfish politics) becomes the real (daily life).
