Four Doors

You are in the center of a small round room. You look around. The walls are made of wood. There's a lot of dust on them. The corners of the room are full of cobwebs. A spider crawls up to his web, to eat an insect which is trapped in it. The ground is damp and is  covered with a layer of blue-green algae. A mosquito is hovering...

"Shut up your nonsense and say what is necessary," You shout. Yeah yeah am coming to the point.

There are four doors around you. On each door a sentence is written:

Door 1: "This door leads to death."
Door 2: "This door leads to hell."
Door 3: "This door leads to eternity."
Door 4: "This door leads to the dark world."

You are thinking. Which one should you choose? Obviously you won't choose hell and death. But you aren't understanding the sentences on Door 3 and Door 4. 'This leads to eternity.' What does that mean? Will it lead you to an eternal life? But what if it leads you to eternal grief? Eternal pain? Eternal sufferings? Eternal, but what?

Coming to the fourth door, you've never heard of 'dark world'. You don't know what it means. You are puzzled.

You may be wondering how you got inside the room. You don't know. And I don't know. That doesn't matter. All that matters is that now you are stuck inside and you want to get out. You are thinking. You run your fingers through your hair.

"Can you please stop speaking? Let me concentrate."

I am explaining it to the reader. How will he/she understand the story if I don't narrate? Let me speak. You mind your own business.

"Okay." You say.

You notice something written on the ceiling. It's written in huge red letters. Maybe with blood. You read:

"There are four sentences written on the doors. One sentence on each door, respectively. Note that two of the statements are true and two of them are false."

Goddamit! All this is getting more complicated. You are more confused now. You look around. You see an iron rod in a corner. You pick it up. Wait! Iron rod? From where? It wasn't the part of my story...

You pick the iron rod and walk towards a wall.

Me: Wait wait what the hell is going on? This is cheating! You have to go out through one of the door. It's a rule.

You: *lifts the rod* Shut up, let me do my work.

Me: But... But, this is my story and I'll decide what you have to do.

You: *about to hit the wall* Hahaha...You stay here stupid narrator.

Me: Nooooooo!

You: *Hits the wall with iron rod*

(The wooden wall cracks open and you go out of the room with an evil laugh.)

Me: *sobs* Why does every story of mine end up with me getting in trouble?
