a man wakes up from a nap, he hears his wife singing go to sleep to his baby. He chuckles, but then his wife comes in with the shopping. He hears a scream come from the baby's room.

This isn't really a story, Alf. But your three short sentences are pretty well written for someone your age, so I think it is a good start to becoming a better writer of an actual story. Hopefully your next story will be a real story. Thanks
