Plane Crash
Born 2005, F, from Lehighton Pennsylvania, United StatesAdam walked into his cousin Peter's house. They were getting ready to go see their grandfather in Canada. It was a short plane ride but it was still nerve-racking because neither Adam nor Peter had been on a plane, let alone by themselves. The nearest airport was in Philadelphia. They got in the car and were singing and enjoying themselves. One hour into the drive they asked where their grandfather actually lived. " He lives in Montreal, Canada," Peter's dad responded.
Adam pulled out his phone and searched up Montreal. what came up was a very beautiful array of photographs of skyscrapers and towers. Then he looked up things to do. He wasn't sure where to look so he turned off his phone.
They finally made it to the airport and it was huge. They got through the bag check and security system and it went well. They said goodbye and got onto the plane and prepared for the time of their lives. Later, after the plane took off, a boy named Connor sat down next to them. The boys soon became friends. They were all from the same area. It even turned out that they went to the same middle school. The boys soon got tired and fell asleep.
The three boys woke up to the flight attendant on the announcements. "Attention passengers! May I have everyone's attention?" The whole plane fell silent. The three boys exchanged a worried look. " We are heading into a bit of bad weather. please remain calm."
At that moment the engine made a loud explosion sound. The last thing the boys remembered was feeling scared then everything went dark.
Peter awoke to his cousin Adam and his friend Connor standing over him. He tried to sit up, but he felt a shooting pain in his arm. He lied back down. The other two boys helped Peter up on his feet. They checked the area. " It doesn't look like anyone else survived." said Connor. Then a smell of smoke filled the forest around them. "Fire!" They heard someone yell. they ran toward the noise. It was a firefighter. Luckily, there was a town nearby. the boys approached the man. "Help!" they shouted. a field of medic ran toward them. They were all put in ambulances.
The boys were all released from the hospital and agreed together to never take a plane again.
