It was spring and i proudly planted a hibiscus
Which waved in the wind like a happy trumpet
strong and invincible
It held its head up and opened smiling to the sun
Then one day I noticed something had changed
My red trumpet was hanging its head as if in shame
Why?
Then i saw it
A small green tendril was snaking up
The next day it was bigger
A week later my hibiscus fell to the ground choked to death
Unknown to me a war had been declared in my garden
Day by day more plants fell to the creeping enemy
My beautifully tended garden turned to jungle
The creepers declared victory
My precious garden(Anny)
It was spring and i proudly planted a hibiscus
Which waved in the wind like a happy trumpet
strong and invincible
It held its head up and opened smiling to the sun
Then one day I noticed something had changed
My red trumpet was hanging its head as if in shame
Why?
Then i saw it
A small green tendril was snaking up
The next day it was bigger
A week later my hibiscus fell to the ground choked to death
Unknown to me a war had been declared in my garden
Day by day more plants fell to the creeping enemy
My beautifully tended garden turned to jungle
The creepers declared victory
