And drove me out of my mind!
We were so happy then.

You loved my curvy body,
And my symphony in motion.
You told me always and forever,
I was your one and only.

You snuggled in my bed,
We loved each other ohh so much,
You put your load on me,
And I carried it for you.

I saw you lookin’ at her.
You thought I didn’t see.
She’ll only break your heart!
She’s not as strong as me.

Now, you tell me you want another!
I don’t light your candle anymore.
I was counting on forever.
But forever is no more.

Why baby, why baby, why baby, why?
You snuggled in my bed,
We loved each other ohh so much,
You put your load on me,
And I carried it for you.

I know you’re gonna leave me.
I’ll miss what could have been?
The pain I feel, will never go away.
My El Camino body won’t take it anymore.

One last time we travel down this road.
And so tonight, you wonder why it is,
I leave you stranded here alone.
All I have to say…. is……
