The Party

Hi my name is Joshua Bird but they call me Jay. Today is just a regular Thursday with the same typical stuff. I am a honor roll student a Michell Brook High School. I'm a sophomore who plays football for the Michell Brook Badgers. So that's enough about me right now. Right now I'm in class staring at the most beautiful girl in the whole school. Her name is Andrea Simpson she is a sophomore and the head cheerleader for the Michell Brook Badgers. While I'm staring at Andrea my best friend Doug Robinson also known as Slim is probably making "wedding" plans for him and Jada Jackson. Jada Jackson is the girl slim is soooo crazy about. But as far as I know she doesn't like him. But things can change of the years so who am I to rain on there parade. Finally class is over so that mean I can talk to Andrea but my dreams of talking to Andrea is shattered by my best friend Slim. "What you doing" said Slim "daydreaming about Andrea" he joked. "No what are you doing ,thinking about your "wedding" with Jada" I shot back, "fine you win" he said while blushing. As Slim walked away he called over his shoulder tell the gang to meet me at my place at 2:00 it's my birthday. Oh yeah I was too busy thinking about Andrea to remember it was Slims birthday. "Sorry Slim" I said ,Happy Birthday man. As I said this Slims face brightened you mean it he said, yeah I said I mean it man. After I said that Andrea who so happened to be passing by said that was so sweet. I blushed and quickly said thanks, as I walked away Andrea called me and asked me if I could walk her home today. I said yes and after the bell rung I found myself walking the girl of my dreams home. When I got home I went straight to my room, washed up, and got dressed. When I came downstairs my older brother James asked me why are you so dressy you going on a date, no I said. I going to my best friend Slim house for his birthday party. "Why wasn't I invited" James said while fake pouting. "You can come if you want" I told James , nah you go and enjoy yourself ,thanks. I said while going to the door. On my way to the party I picked up Andrea. And when we got there the party was in full swing. Where's Slim" I asked one of my other friend Melissa. He's over there by the beanbag chairs dancing with Jada. As I danced and wiggled my way over to Slim, Slim caught sight of me and waved me over. "Finally you arrived" he said as he pulled me over to him , "you brought Andrea" he said as he congratulated me. "You brought along Jada" I said to him I said to him. When the dancing was over the presents and cake was brought out. Slim eagerly blew out the candles and opened the presents. Slim ohhed and ahhed on each present but when he got to the one I sent him he gasped ,it was a rare pure gold Rolex watch. He looked at me then asked me did I steal it I said no and he asked me where did I get the money from I told him I been saving the money up for him ever since I was five so you can have this watch. Slim who was so happy started showing off his watch to everybody. Some was very happy for him others were jealous of him. After the presents we all had cake and Ice cream. Finally I got home about 10:30 my parent and my brother James we really worried because I was gone for about 8 hours. "Where were you" said my parents I was at Slims house with Andrea and my other friends. Andrea and Jay sitting on a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G first comes love then comes marriage then come a baby in a carriage. "Shut up before I make you shut up" I told him because Andrea was standing right next to me. "Go to your room James we have guest and you are being rude" said dad. "But" said James, "but nothing" said dad go to your room. As James gingerly walked up stairs I licked my tongue out a him. After James disappeared upstairs my parents asked me who was the girl I brought home. I introduced them to her and told them she was staying for the night. Both of my parents took a quick liking of her and showed her her bedroom. Soon after that, I brushed my teeth went to bed. The End
