To many, people enjoy it
They seek it
They crave that attention
They want it, they want it to feel
They want to feel it

To me
Falling in love kills
It sends me running for the hills
Yet a deadly desire I wish for
To find someone else to remind me
What I'm worth?

Is love worth the fall?
Is love worth risking it all?
Is it worth risking all your friends?
For so, if it fails, there's no going back
There's no return, no point in making amends
Is it worth risking who we have to call family?
Just to live in some fairytale fantasy?
Only to think it was meant to be?

Two very different people trying to colide
Only to not end up by each other's side
Is it death until you part?
Until the final beat of a heart?
Is it worth it from the very start?

Worth all the tears we cry?
Worth all those heartbroken nights?
Worth all that pain?
Is there even any gain?
Worth having to face the same thing, over and over again?
But it drives us insane
Just to hear their name
We're all in the blame
In this game, it's a shame
Was it worth getting pierced by the blade?
In this mess we made

Is love worth the fall?
Is it worth losing it all?
What's left to lose, when I have nothing at all?
When there are no walls left to fall?
Remove the mask
And so I ask
Why is there no color left?
Why is everything left to be white and gray and black?

Is love worth the fall?
Or am I just the unluckiest, of them all?
