Virtulent Legion "Reka vs. Volco"(Pierro) All characters are fictional and created from the Paul Pierro Ouzenne’s imagination. Reka
A natural and imposed descendant. Reka is a bulky magmaous with multiple talents/virtues. He has the ability to solidify his body like metals or porous stone. He was the victim of a catastrophic accident which resulted in him gaining living metal with unique properties. He has a grudge for governments after they caused nothing but turmoil in his life. Now he is compelled to join the Virtulent Legion to fight criminals legally. In the back of his mind he dislikes having to be a member of Virtulent Legion another government entity.

The FBI is expediting Volco an extremely dangerous ascendent. He is a natural and imposed ascendant. When he was a child scientist traced his blood line and captured him. They knew he had ascendant genes. His genes were adapted in the circulatory system. The scientist merged his blood with volcano magma. His awakening was imposed along with his ability to produce lava and harden his body like rock.

After about an hour of travel Volco tries to escape. The lava is halted by the modified cell he is housed in. The cell is full of liquid carbon dioxide. The cell also has a secondary emergency mechanism aqueous film forming foam sprinklers. He continues to erupt lava until an alarm sounds. The lava has depleted the carbon dioxide production. The sprinklers discharge foam and smother the lava. Volco breaks free and crushes the sprinklers. He tears through the cell wall and burns a whole in the assault vehicle transporting him. As he looks out at the road he is struck by tasers. He grimaces and pulls the four taser prongs out of his back. FBI Agents shoot him again with a taser and detonate a taser grenade.

Volco jumps out of the assault vehicle and rolls on the ground. Two FBI cars follow Volco and begin shooting at him. He releases a river of lava melting the tires. The disabled cars eventually slow to a stop as they travel further in the lava. The two cars begin to cook from the intense heat of the lava. They both explode killing the vehicles occupants. The rest of the FBI prisoner transportation convoy turns around and pursues Volco. He jumps into a sewer drain and escapes.



The FBI contacts IDA and ask for assistance. The IDA creates a contract for the capture of Volco. Reka accepts the contract. Reka is a natural and modified ascendent. His ascendent genes are amplified pituitary glands, hyper skeletal system and raised endocrine system production. As a child he was buried in a mine after his parents and their team were betrayed. He survived after being exposed to a kamacite meteoroid that fused with his DNA. The kamacite provided nutrients and the physical power to escape. He developed kamacite hard skin and retractable karambit blades in his wrist.

IDA planted tracking devices in all convicted criminals they arrested. The tracking devices are top secret. The implanting of tracking devices in humans and ascendents is controversial. There have been some protest arguing against the practice, supported by the human rights act. The implants are attached to the hearts aortic valve. Reka traces the transmission of the gps device. Volco is located and he relays the information to the IDA. He along with the IDA surround the warehouse Volco is hiding in.

Reka burst through the warehouse wall and searches for Volco. Two members of Volco gang shoot at Reka. He shifts and solidifies his skin and the bullets ricochet. He makes his skin porous and absorbs air and compresses it. He releases a wind burst pushing them into a wall. The back of their heads hit the wall and knocks them unconscious. Volco is watching trying to evaluate the power of Reka. He sends four more gang members. The four gang members shoot a barrage of bullets at Reka. The bullets are ineffective and ricochet. Volco throws a lava sphere at Reka. The lava sphere explodes on contact. Reka is covered with lava and fires. The fires engulf him and his surroundings. He sends another lava sphere and finally a lava lance. The lava sphere and lance explode and ripple mass destruction. Volco tells his gang to start escaping.

The IDA arrest the gang members as they try and escape. Volco decides to flee in another direction after seeing his gang member’s arrest. He heads for an armored vehicle when Reka emerges from the volcanic inferno.

Reka- “Did you miss me?”

Volco- “No I rarely miss.”

Volco hurls another lava lance. Reka uses his shoulder to press through the explosion and protracts the karambit blades. He says- “When the blades out you going to bled out”. Volco shakes his head and motions Reka to bring it. Volco fills his fist with lava and the two fist hit each other. The two fist collision caused a powerful shockwave of pressure. Reka follows with a left and right combination. Cuts Volco ribs, punches his stomach and follows up with an upper cut. The combination of punches drops Volco. Reka knows he needs to end the fight quickly because the lava is toxic and volatile. He wanted to limit collateral damage. Reka targeted the ribs to incapacitate Volco. If he couldn’t breathe well, he would not have the energy to fight. Volco stands up and is hit in his ribs again. Each hit causes him to gasp for air. He eventually drops to the ground. Reka douses Volco with aqueous film forming foam. The fires are extinguished and Volco is arrested.




Reka transports Volco to the IDA prison. He wants to ensure no more escapes. Intelligence reports concluded a few of his gang members were planning another escape. The gang members aborted when they observed Reka along with the prisoner transport caravan. Volco is placed in cryostasis. He is labeled a level 3 inmate. Cryostasis is only reserved for the most dangerous criminals. Being conscious is a threat to society. Reka is paid for fulfilling his contract. Sleilo sends him a message “Fireman, putting out fires”. Reka responds “Rock Solid”. Sleilo responds “They don’t want that smoke”.
