Three gems of success
Born 2010, M, from Bangalore, IndiaMr Ravi Varma was an owner of a multi national company. He had two sons named Keshav and Madhav. Mr Ravi was always worried about the future of his company. Whether his are capable to run the company. One day he asked his wife "What are things that one needs so that he or she can become independent?How can we check that Whether our have this qualities? His wife replied "In order for one to become successful and above all to become a good human being,he should be responsible, compassionate and should have problem solving skills".Ravi Varma understood the point. Then after a week he called his sons ,handing them a letter he said This are very important letters. I want you both to post this letter before evening ." After that Keshav took the letter and immediately posted it while Madhav was playing video game. He gradually forgot about the letter. The next day when Mr Ravi enquired about the letter he found that only Keshav letter was posted and the other one was not found. Then after 4 days Mrs Varma said to her children " I am very happy with both of you. Here take the money and buy whatever you want."Madhav immediately went to a toy store but one the way a beggar approached him. Madhav rudely driven the beggar away with blows. The same beggar approached Keshav and said"Kind son. Please give some money. I am hungry for three days. Keshav said to the beggar in a polite manner " Sir don't worry. Here take this money and buy some food."Saying this he handed the beggar all his money. The beggar thanked him and went on his way. Mr Ravi was watching all this. After two days he called Madhav and said "Madhav here are the pieces of the world map torn from the newspaper. I want you to resemble it. " Madhav spent many hours with the pieces but he was unable to solve it. Then Mr Ravi Called Keshav and asked him to do the same. To everyone 's surprise Keshav solved the puzzle within minutes. He said to his father "On the other side of the map there was a picture of a face of man .I simply joined the pieces to get the face and Iwas able to solve it quickly." Mr Ravi then told his children that all of this was test to see their sense of responsibility, compassionate and critical thinking. He told to m
