This report writing is written to tell the impact of social media on mental health and it is a feedback for the apps like Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Twitter and instagram.

The benefits are we can get news. We will be active not missing any important events or news about are country. We will have better connection with the world. People can show their art and be creative on websites like Instagram. Kids and grown-ups can share pictures, drawings, or cool ideas they made. It’s a fun way to express yourself and let others see your work and you will have a great idea of history.

The problems are that using social media too much can make people feel sad or lonely. Sometimes, people see other kids and think they are not as good. Some people say mean things on the internet, which can hurt feelings. There is also a lot of wrong information, and that can make us confused. If we spend too much time on our phones or computers, we can get sick.

We should use social media but in a limit. Give time for yourself and your health. Play outside with your family and friends.

Very good and insightful observations. Another problem with the internet is that young people don't learn to read traditional literature (i.e. the classics like Tolstoy or Shakespeare) and their writing also becomes underdeveloped. You should only spend a small amount of time on the internet.
