Thanksmas
Born 2000, F, from Cape Coral Florida, United StatesThanksmas is a holiday made by my family, and we do Christmas and Thanksgiving simultaneously with my family. I stopped as I looked at my aunt. I immediately knew she had hidden the secret of life. She did disclose her secret of life. My cousins looked oblivious but tackled me, hugging me with a smile. That's when I knew nobody knew. She blurted out that she was getting married to her boyfriend. Everyone tackled her to the floor hugging her when I sat there smiling and keeping this moment with love in my heart. My youngest cousin dragged me in the hug, laughing. Everyone was smiling. I didn’t know but life changes. Everyone brought out the beer. I Drank it and I was too young so I sipped with my mom's permission. You’ll never know the point of family until they make you smile to oblivion. I smiled more and more. My family was passed out on the couch and I was still smiling. Nobody can understand that feeling until you have experienced it. Everyone I saw was happy.
