I remember today...
My strong sense of touch for what is soft. My tactile nature I won't forget, it represents my youthful zeal.
My huge passion for Man City and their great players, past and present - Sergio Aguero being my favourite player to grace the shirt.
The love I have for Angry Birds and my HUGE plush toy collection, including a life size Mighty Eagle I got for Christmas almost ten years ago.
Growing up with Looney Tunes, not understanding what was happening but enjoying it all the same, especially the antics of Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. Occasionally, ignorance is bliss.
From the lore of Star Wars, to Lord Of The Rings' storytelling. Mario, Marvel, DC, Star Trek, Sonic, Kirby, Persona 5, Spelunky, Street Fighter, Cars, Monsters Inc, Big Bang Theory, Futurama, Simpsons and Green Day - They give me hope, ideas and so much more.
Growing into a young adult is challenging at the best of times, but when I used to do football practice, participate in parkruns, become a scout and join my current youth club to meet like-minded individuals regularly, It's taking action and being accepted that's when I'm alive and not alien.
I remember today those hobbies, memories and groups are just the beginning of a stupendous story ahead.
I have lots more tales to tell.
More experiences to let my inner child flourish.
