My Heart’s Confession
Sorry does not expressed what's within my heart and soul.
We went from having heaven to fall from grace, we went from everything to nothing at all.
Those 3 empty words we told each other every day, going back to the basis to love again.
In everyone's eyes were perfect, but we both know how imperfectly we were in this mess.

My best friend, my confident, my lover, my ride or die it was you, I'm sorry for the mistakes we both did to end this way.
We might have forgive but we never forget, those betrayal wounds are engraved to our souls.
But surely no one else will ever love us like how madly we loved one another.

Were we right on this? probably not, we were kids playing houses, growing up noticing we didn't fit in that doll house anymore. But the moments we shared, will forever be timeless.

Thanks to you, I learned many things including the most ugly parts of myself, rather than pushing me away, you held close, promise me to not let go.
While comforting and fixing my broken heart, you gave me yours in a golden platter with a reassuring smile.

You always gave me you all, but I only gave you my half... my selfishness was that got us into this mess... or was it you?
Is it your fault for telling me, we could make it as long we work on it? Is it your fault for convincing me, I was a good person? You made me forget my flaws, and I hurt you even more, letting you slip from me

I guess we were blind to see the signs of this not working out, I thought keeping you up close everything will be fine... but everything that comes easy, easy go. We were fools for confusing this for love.
