I did not just kill you
I murdered your ghost too
And as you might reckon
‘Here is a being without a heart’
Well, that may be right
A perfect replica of your own…

And if I said
You were all in my memory
Forgive me, that part was a lie
Far from it
You remain a shadow in the dark
Invisible, with no any trace of assured presence

You’re nothing like
A de-ja-vu experience
That pops up and go
And leaves one cogitating
‘I know that premonition’
Not sure of what it was

All you were, all you are now
Is a black empty space
Devoid of any feeling
No reminisce, no pleasure
Just numb and cold
A black-hole that once swallowed me whole

Were you a place?
Were you a thought?
May be a book
Perhaps some hypocrite
That miserably failed
To inspire this ‘lost’ soul
