The Stray Cat
One day, a girl found a small kitten waiting by her door. It was a very rainy day, and the cat was soaking wet. It had no collar, no apparent owner, just a pair of curious eyes and a gentle meow. The girl’s full name was Aisha Fatima Khan. Aisha looked at the kitty and said ‘Who is your owner?”. The cat meowed sadly. Aisha took that to mean he doesn’t have a home. She sighed and said ‘Alright, come in and I’ll give you some milk and catnip’ The cat meowed excitedly. Aisha decided to adopt the cat. She decided the cat was a he. A few days later, an old lady came to the door and said the cat was hers. Aisha didn’t want to let go of the cat, but she gave her to the old lady. 2 weeks later, Aisha got kidnapped. She was screaming for help. Nearby, the cat was going for a walk and heard her. The cat bit the kidnapper’s feet and rescued Aisha. The kidnapper screamed incredibly loudly. Aisha recognized the cat and thanked it profusely. Aisha quickly went home, and the cat quickly ran to the old lady. And then the cat heard that the kidnapper had died when a truck ran over him, by accident. The moral of the story is that good deeds will pay you off in some way, and bad deeds will also have consequences.

That was heartwarming and beautiful! I loved how Aisha showed kindness to a helpless kitten, and in the end, that same kindness came full cirlcle. My take home from the story is that, even the smallest acts of compassion can lead to great rewards. Thank you for sharing!

Indeed, what goes around comes around. What you do comes back to you! If you do good, good will come back to you. It might not be something you expect and you won't know when it will happen, but it will happen. Same for bad deeds. Great story, Nameer!

I'm guessing that your story was actually more fiction than truth, but I liked it, and it has a good moral lesson. Plus, the picture you found for your story is just adorable. Thanks for sharing your story with us Nameer. Happy short story star of the day.
