The Importance and benefits of Holidays

Certainly! Holidays are important and therefore it does them good when people go on holidays from work, because people have a break and they go back to work feeling more energetic and in better humour than before.

Sometimes holidays are educational, like a trip around Italy and you receive information about a place or places and it makes for a very interesting holiday, in my own opinion, I have an interest in History and Archaeology. I have a Diploma from NUI, Galway to prove it.

There is plenty of sun in another climate, something that is scarce here in Ireland. Sometimes you only need to be tired of the same country constantly to encourage someone to leave the country for a while. People would be suffering from exhaustion, because of too much work, if they did not go on holiday and that's not good for anyone.
So holidays are important, because it is a break from home, work, or whatever you are doing, in addition to that, people enjoy and benefit from it, from a change of scenery and something else to do in a country that you never saw before.

So, I have come to the end of this essay and I only have to summarise. Without a doubt, holidays are important and beneficial as a break from work, home or whatever else you are doing and that's a good thing.
