Some of us are good at communicating, some of us are awkward at it. This is the cornerstone of relationships and what we do with our lives.
Relationships are very important to me. People just don't know how important relationships are.
Our relationships with food, people, money, alcohol and technology do shape our lives good and bad. We tend to turn to technology instead of human cintact when times are bad and it takes over our lives and that ends any good relationship. The same goes for money and alcohol. Arguments have been had about both and it doesn't end well.
Food can poison you if it has too much sugar, or make you sick.
