Now again, I need a home. A cat needs a family. My owner’s children said someone would take me. They placed my picture on an adoption tree. My next family noticed my picture on an adoption tree. Good! They said they would keep me but changed my name. I was relieved; I believed they could find a better name and so did I. Cat is not a name. One time I was called a kitten. I am white and black. I thought those colors were for stinky animals. Their choice, Sylvester, Good. The cat door looks familiar.
My new family looks familiar. They were old. Some others came and called them Mom and Dad. They were Kim, Kris Gale and Kevin, I didn’t know him. They were my first family. I will take the pills they give me so I can remain forever. Kim, Gale, and Kevin left but Kris remained. Mom sat in a chair all the time. My previous owner did that on occasion, but Mom was always in a chair.
Mom complained about something called a go back loan; she said they take the home. She hated real estate wolves. I didn’t know what that meant, but we needed the home. The four of us couldn't wander the streets to find a new home. I see those people sitting with their dogs on the street. Dad says beggars. We can’t search the streets as I found them in my previous life when I was a kitten left by my mom. Mom didn’t leave me. Those people of hers received a paper and said they were out but not the kitten. They and my mom disappeared. I learned to feed myself, but I needed people and wandered into a nice family’s yard. Dad put in a cat door for me.
Time moved on and Mom relaxed about the house. It was bought by a good one. She said, “a good wolf I wondered.” Maybe we won’t have to roam the streets. I didn’t think any of us would survive. Could I catch enough mice, but I like fish and I don’t know where to catch what they eat.
Kevin left a cute little Maltese dog to be cared for by Kris. She was spoiled by Mom and Dad just like me. I guess Kris cared for everyone, even me. Gale got sick and Kris went to Seattle to care for him on several occasions. After a few years, he passed on, even though in the past life he fought with me about pills. What is this about pills. Do they work?
Good news! Kris was home again.
Mom got ill. Kris cared for her but one day she died. I wondered why she didn't take her pills. Maybe it didn’t matter if you took the pills, but even today Kris takes pills
Now it was Dad, Kris, Fluff and me. I started to notice how Kris was in the house. She was in the front room when she wanted to look outside, but when she was tired, she went to the backroom to relax. She kept beds for Fluff and me in front and back of the house. We were important to her. The home made her happy and enabled her to care for us.
Dad started to get disturbing telephone calls from a man. Dad said to Kris he says we can refinance in 30 days. What’s refinance. Dad had started worrying about Kris. He told the man the only way I would if it helps Kris keep the house. For six months the wolf called, Dad kept saying no. At 93 he struggled to resist. Kris said no!. Kris said they are predators! I guess the wolf is back. Kris didn’t trust their promise. I wanted the wolf to leave us alone
One day after they promised they could help Kris keep the house; Dad agreed. I thought maybe I would see a wolf. Dad and Kris said it doubled. I like it when my food doubles but I guess not when its from a wolf Kris said Dad would not live long enough. Kris said my time is limited here..
Fluff was suffering and cried every night in pain. Kris told me she was going to the doctor and would not be coming home because she would be going to heaven. Kris was sad, Dad was angry, and I was confused. Two years later, the wolf called again. I wondered about the wolf. The wolf picture looks like a dog. Some beggars have a dog, but we don’t have Fluff. He wanted Dad to do it again. Dad said to Kris, "do they want the rest of the house. Yes, I guess
A couple of years later Dad passed on, and I was very sad. Kris took Kevin in because he was sick. Where can Kris be Kris? The sadness was hard and my heart broke, and I found myself in heaven and Fluff met me. Fluff shared that our family was not her first owner just as Mom and Dad were not my only family but here, we can stay with them for eternity. We made our eternal family. There is good and bad on earth and a solution to protect but maybe not now. Kris believes so God watches over her. Fluff said, 'Come with me. Mom, Dad and Gale want to see you while we watch over Kris and Kevin.

01/20/2026That was a good perspective of life from the cat's point of view. I enjoyed it.
