That world that doesn't exist

THAT WORLD THAT DOESN'T EXIST

In my silence,
Immersed in the vast meadows,
I looked down from the mountain
With eyes full of hope.

Once I dreamed
Of a world full of joy and happiness
For all beings.

But in this story I saw the opposite
And nothing has changed,
The storm never ends,
It does not subside
And lightning strikes
So many times this world
Now reduced
To a gurgling of tears
Of a torrential weeping.

And I, with this heart
Am still here
Riding out the storm
With my now-weary limbs.

I was defeated
But I haven’t forgotten that dream,
As long as there is
Someone who dreams of a reality,
A reality that doesn’t exist,
All is not lost.

Eyes speak like stars,
We all dream of it
The day that
A beautiful melody will light up
Emerging from nowhere,
Coming forth to the sound of song,
The sound will resound,
It will shake minds and hearts,
It will reveal what cannot be seen
And make us hear what cannot be heard,
With all its strength it will embrace the air
And as if by magic
It will fill the whole world
With white doves,
It will ignite dreams
And throw open the doors of great magic.

All of this
Will become a true dream
When all beings
Are happy to have been born,
Then the work is done.
