The Dare

vvv15/6/1497 THE DARE

Dear diary, This was day was a terrifying, and terrific day, as me and Ella had a creepy but fun experience of the one and only AKERSHUS FORTRESS, and enjoyed, and experienced it’s terrifying wonders. So let me tell you what happened, Last year, our friend Harper, dared me and Ella to go to the AKERSHUS FORTRESS, as at school we were doing our research there. We had permission from our parents, because they believed ghosts weren’t real. So by next morning, we were ready to go to, we took a flight to Oslo with Ella’s mum who dropped us at the palace. By the time we reached the palace, it was already 10pm, so we quickly unpacked our blankets a went to bed. Knock, Knock I heard, I opened the door, and was shocked to see Ella, she said she needed to go to the toilet, so I asked her“ Why can’t you go by yourself?,’’ “ because I don’t know the map of this place, you were holding the map the whole journey ’’ she sleepily replied, which was true, I did hog the map of the palace the whole journey, so I decided to come with her, while we were walking, I heard a dog’s bark, “Did you hear that’’ I asked her, “ Hear what?’’ She asked “ Nothing,’’ I replied. A few minutes later we heard it again. “w-what was that” Ella asked me “ I don’t know, but it’s probably the neighbour’s dog’’ I said “ But what if it’s the PHANTOM DOG from the legend,’’ she asked quivering “Legends don’t always have to be true’’ I said, but deep inside I was also worried if the legend was true. When we reached the toilets there was I sign that said, DO NOT ENTER, but since Ella was busting, we tiptoed inside, but as soon as we entered, the lights stated flickering, “AHHHHH’ we screamed and ran outside. The next day, we called the mechanic because there was a posibility of a faulty wire and turns out there was, we also found the dog which trapped in a box howling to breathe. We told the story to Harper who was shocked to hear that.

Bye
