But she hears no thunder and she sees no dark clouds or disturbed skies.

Bernice hates looking into the mirror in the morning! Because when looking into the mirror in the morning; there she sees overflowing bitterness in her eyes; there she sees a smile that masks the loneliness embedded within. On her face a false show of confidence! Lethal hurt spews from an angry mouth like the venum from the fangs of a deadly serpent!
