Born 1949, M, from NLR /Arkansas, United StatesOld man seated in a swing on his screened in porch, drinking vodka and smoking his cigar, watches the rain as it pours down. He is also watching a dog racing down the street, caught in the downpour!
He watches as the drains in the curbs of the street become flooded!
He watches as the cars coming down the street splash water upon each other!
Then he watches the trees as they sway back and forth controlled by the wind! He watches the grass as it is beaten down by the heavy rain!
The old man is enjoying having nothing to do but watch things!
Old people are good at watching things!
Mostly, because that is just about all "old people" can do!
