Inspector J.P. Bullet, Harvey Lucas, Detective Summer Brodie, and Field Command Officer Rachel McCabe approached the front door of the Old Yankee Toy Company. J.P. and Summer got on the left side of the door and drew their service revolver and Harvey got on the right side. “Everybody ready?” asked Rachel, drawing her service weapon. J.P. motioned that everybody was ready. “We are the police and you are under arrest!” shouted Rachel as she kicked the door open. They entered the old toy factory but there was no one there and the building was empty. “Crap! Another failed raid,” said Rachel angrily. “It is almost like they know we are coming,” said J.P. putting his gun back into the holster. “Sure looks that way,” said Rachel.

J.P. and Summer met Inspector Tina Bullet at Conner’s Bar and Grill. Conner was planning a Happy Hour Party with a Hawaiian Theme. Summer had spent some time in Hawaii and she described a Luau Party. J.P. kept motioning her to stop talking. “Why am I getting a bad feeling about this?” asked Tina. “Because Conner always takes things too far,” said J.P.

Inspector Rebella Lucas entered Field Command Officer Rachel McCabe’s office. “You needed to see me?” asked Rebella. Rachel motioned for her to sit down. “We have been trying to catch Roman Fultzwater and every time we get a lead and conduct a raid he is gone,” said Rachel. “You are thinking there is someone on the inside, possibly a dirty cop,” said Rebella. “Exactly, you have contact with people in the underworld. I want you to see if you can get any leads on who is tipping Roman,” said Rachel.

Rebella called Constantine Saunders and set up a meeting with him at an abandoned warehouse on eighty-fourth Street. “What do you want?” asked Constantine. “I need information,” said Rebella. “What kind of information?” asked Constantine. “I need to know who keeps tipping Roman Fultzwater that we are coming. We suspect it is a dirty cop,” said Rebella. “You are wrong, it is not a cop that is tipping Roman, it is Police Commissioner Hightower,” said Constantine. “How do you know that it is commissioner Hightower?” asked Rebella. “A little bird told me,” said Constantine walking off.

J.P. and Tina went to Conner’s bar and grill for Happy Hour. J.P. opened the door for her. “I still have a bad feeling about this,” said Tina. They found Summer in the restaurant wearing a grass skirt, coconut shell top, and a lei. J.P. laughed at how Summer was dressed. Tina slapped him on the back. “I feel like such an idiot dressed like this,” said Summer. Conner walked up to where they were standing. “You will be going on in five minutes,” said Conner. “Great!” said Summer being sarcastic. “Glad you two could come,” said Conner putting a lei around J.P. and Tina. Then Conner walked off to greet some more guests. “I don’t have the heart to see Summer humiliated like this,” said J.P. taking out his cell phone. He pretended to be talking on the phone. He put the phone back in his pocket and motioned Conner to come back to where they were standing. “McCabe just called, she needs me, Tina, and Summer to take a call. I am not sure how long it will take but we will be back asap,” said J.P.

“Thank you,” said Summer to J.P. as he was driving down the road. “Don’t mention it,” said J.P. “Would you like to see me dressed like that?” asked Tina teasing J.P. and trying to make light of how Summer was dressed. “No,” said J.P. “Are you sure?” asked Tina teasing. “The answer is still no,” said J.P. Tina wanted to continue teasing but she could see that J.P. was getting annoyed.

Roman Fultzwater was sitting on the couch watching tv. Rachel kicked the door open and Inspector Suzie Young and Harvey Lucas followed her in. “We are the police and you are under arrest,” said Rachel. Roman got off of the couch and bolted for the back door. He opened the door. J.P., Summer, and Tina were waiting for him. “What’s the hurry bubba,” said J.P. holding up handcuffs. Roman turned around and attempted to flee, but saw Rachel, Susie, and Harvey coming towards him. Knowing he couldn’t escape he put his hands in the air.

J.P. was walking down the hall of the 169th precinct with Roman in handcuffs. “Here is the rat,” said Rebella coming down the hall with Police Commissioner Hightower in handcuffs. “I hate to say this but I think there is going to be at least one more,” said J.P. “I will take this rat to Interrogation Room One and see if I can find out who it is,” said Rebella.

“My career is over, but I want a deal,” said Commissioner Hightower. “Tell me what you know and I can see what I can do,” said Rebella. “The other person you are looking for is Steve Gardner. Steve was one of our most decorated cops on the force. His son, Lewis, was buying drugs from Roman Fultzwater. I found out about it and was going to turn him in. Steve begged me not to and threatened to expose that I had an affair. I did not want the world to know that I cheated on my wife, so I told him that I would protect Roman. I would find out when the raids were coming off and would warn Roman,” said Commissioner Hightower.

Roman Fultzwater was found guilty of manufacturing and delivering drugs and was sentenced to twenty years in prison. Lewis Gardner was found guilty of possession and sentenced to seven years in prison. Steve Gardner was found guilty of aiding and abetting and was sentenced to seven years in prison. Commissioner Hightower pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years in prison.
