the north wind blows
Born 1980, F, from Ns, CanadaThe North Wind Blows; by John A Clark
Foreword:
Hi;
I am a Canadian. Lately I have been listening to music of my teens and twenties. I found it on the computer; ‘you tube’. Since I am 64, one might call these ‘the Oldies’. I have listened, to them, so much they started to invade my dreams. I am going to try to relate to you these dreams in hope you will think of a better way to treat others.
I am changing the Names of people and places to protect the guilty.
John
Chapter one; thee Author;
In my life I have not done anything that would be called importance. A loner, one-step up from a loser. Well that what some people think of me.
I am James, William Brian. James is my family name. I live in the north country. Up here we have a name for the north wind; - Thead. It is pronounce ‘thee add’. It is said; that, when the north wind blows someone always die. It is not just a breeze from the north, but a very strong wind. When you are chilled to the bone, you know that Thead has come for you. On cool clear nights, I have this feeling in my soul. I fear that Thead is coming for me soon. May-be that is why I have been listening to the words of the songs; songs of my youth. These songs are ante-war.
I have no use for war; even so, I did spend four years in the army. These songs have invaded my dreams. In my dreams I saw the images of war as they show-up on the ‘you tube’. Some of my story is history and others are future events or hope-prayer or another change to do better.
My dreams are not travelling in sequence; it bounces back and forth; some are in colour and other are in black-and-white. People say that you can not dream in colour; therefore, may-be the colour is future events. But I hope not, they are one that looks like a horror-store.
My dreams started about 30 or more years before I was born; The Great War.
Chapter two; The Great War
Auseeland: Solder from this country went to Turkland where a massacre took place. A great victory was won or lost; depending on whose side you are on; in Sulva Quay in Galipoli. To really understand this event, story, battle you need to listen to the words of the song, ‘The Band Played Waltzing Matilda’. If you really do listen to these words, you will learn if you are a fool or a bastard. The Turkland people were only defending their home land, while the Auseeland people travelled over 3000 miles to loose a battle and their regiments. This battle is remember, in the song, once a year by solders and veterans, marching in formation.
In one of the lines of this song it reads “What are they marching for? And I ask myself the same question.” The horror of this battle was not listened to. Because this war ended in hatred and mistrust; this war was refought again 21 years later. Only this time it was the Kannukes. Trying to push the G-men out of Frankoland - an army was massacre on the beaches near Dieppe. No victory here, just looser and corpus lying on the sand of the beaches.
There is a song sung by ‘John McDermott’; “The Green Fields of France”. In this song the question is asked, “Did you really think this war would put an end to wars?” This is something similar to what my 17 year old daughter said to me; “Fighting a war for peace is like f--king for virginity.” This song also states that it was all done in vain, because they did it again and again; such as WW2; Korea; Vietnam. Big and powerful countries trying to tell others and force others in how to live.
Korea and Vietnam were spearheaded by the U. of Say. Korea was a stalemate and Vietnam was a total lost for the U. of Say. The solders who invaded these country went home think and saying they have a great victory. What was the victory? The death, the maiming, the murdering of children!!? No! This is not a victory; it is just violence for violence sake only.
This is our history. If a person came from another planet, he would have to ask, what are you talking about, but we know, even if we do not want to know.
Chapter three; To-days Wars
In the U. of Say, two aeroplanes crashed into the twin towers in New Amsterdam. Some say they did this to themselves so they could blame the people of I’crack and Afstan. These countries are not friend with U. of Say; therefore, these people are terrorist and corrupt. They murder for fun and pleasure and need to be stop. This was what the government of U. of Say had to say, to their people, to get their support. And so the U. of Say went to war.
My country joined them. I am a Kannuk. In the first year; the U. of Say attack us and kill four solders. It was called a mistake, or so that what my government accept. But I call it premeditate murder.
The aeroplanes of to-day have very good navigational equipment. It is said, its radar can pin-point a flea’s fart at 10000 feet. Pilots before take-off are given a ground briefing of location of people and ground support. There were two planes together; they see gun fire from the ground. They fly pass and circle around and come back and open-fire. If they stay away and radio for instructions, then would have been told who they are. But even-so; he knew from the ground-briefing who was on the ground below him. To me this is murder. Premeditate; because I believe the pilot was given order to kill some of my people, to keep us in this war or some worst would happen.
[But the people of the Horn of Africa would say, ‘that is poetic justice’. The solders of my country went there as solders of the Unite Nations, to keep the peace and the rule of law. One night some locales broke in to their compound. Thinking they were protecting their homeland from invaders they attack the solders. They were chaptered and hold in jail. A major hit one of then while he was tied to a chair and could not defend himself. This treatment became to norm. These people were bitten-to-death by the solders using their rifle butts. Solders of my country did this. One of these people was just 17. So; you see, we are not without sin.]
In these wars, civilian were taken prisoner, move to an Island, I think it is called Cuba, where they were beaten and torque for fun and information. Since these people are not solders they have no-rights. WELL: Is that the same reason we had the Nurnberg Trials after WW2?; war crime against civilian! Did the Nazi loose WW2, or did they move there capital to Washingriver?
One of the main leaders in this war, against the U. of Say and her friends, was Sandy; a Tellyman; or so we are told. He was supposedly be hiding in Packyland; a country not partaking in the war. The U. of Say sent solders into this country, attack a home, murder a man and shot a woman then left. They said then capture Sandy and took him back to the aircraft carrier, where he was tried, found guilty, shot and his body dump into the sea. The part of capturing Sandy was later proven to be a lie. They took an old picture of Sandy and a picture of the man they shot, put then together making people think it was Sandy.
The facts that, they went into another country; murder a man and wounded a woman; proves that the U. of Say has no rule of law. They do whatever they like and to hell with the rest of the world.
Dear Thead;
That is my history; it is in my dreams. The rest of my story is only in my dreams. I want to finish my story, but I need more time.
Chapter four; The Future or Just a Dream. # part one
A few years later; people started going missing from their homes in U. of Say and in other country. At first no-one paid any attention. But soon it became a world event. The Packyland people went on international television. They had taken these missing people. All of them were assume to be Amen (that people from U. of Say).
[Master
The vanity is mine. Years ago I wrote a story about you. I put it on my web-site, for all to read. May-be that is why they ask about me. Or may-be, in by dreams, I just wanted to do one thing great before I die. I would rather do nothing, be nothing then be a great warrior, because war does not make one great.
Master, you want me to do what! Would I be putting more vanity on me? Well the story is about you. www.freewebs.com/johnaclark
I think I should light a camp fire, the wind is getting colder and it is starting to come from the north.
- John]
The Packyland people wanted me to sit in judgement of these Amen. That is why Peter Keymac, M.P. got a hold of me. At first, I did not believe him. I assume he was just being mean. [The same way he was when he did not supported women who were not being allow to go down-hill ski-jumping] But when I got an e-mail from the Packyland government; I agreed. Two things I wanted; the people, Amen, were not to be harm and my judgement is final. They agreed; so I went to Packyland.
The rebels wanted to try the Amen without proving that the people they chaptered are Amen. They were afraid that the U. of Say would send their solders to rescue then. Proving each person was an Amen would take up more time; and now that the U. of Say knew who have their countryman; the rebels feared of a war coming before they could finish the trial.
[I was told that the government did not agree with the rebels, but if they did not go along with the rebels’ plan, the rebels would just murder the people they chaptered. I do not know when this was told to me in my dreams, before or after the trail.]
Each person, without the other prisoners present, was brought to me to show cause not to be tried. There were 27 people in all. This took time, about 30 to 60 minuet for each person. This should have taken only two days, but I found that some of these people were not Amen; and that cause problems.
One person; travelling on an Amen passport; claim that she was going home to the country of her birth. Her parents had immigrated to U. of Say, but she did not want to become a citizen. Now that she is 18, she wanted to return to her home. I agree with her, but some people got angry at my judgement. When I told them about their agreement with me; me judgement is final, then quite down.
Another person used up his time by telling us about how great his country is and what is going to happen to all-of-us. What he said, I will not repeat. His words made my anger sound happy in comparison. I though to myself, shooting him would be a services to humanity. But that is not what humanity is about.
The very next person claimed he was not an Amen. He said that he is a Navajo. He claimed that all his life he rejected the White-man government and remained true to the ways of his ancestors. I accept his story without explaining to the rebels what a Navajo is or why I believe him. This turn out to be a mistake because a young rebel disagree and shot him dead. This took the wind out of my sails and I was unable to speak.
When I came to my reasoning, I looked at the rebel leader and order him to charge the young man with murder. After a few words were spoken about the shooting, the rebel leader did what I said. I told the people that I would not go on with this trial until this rebel was tried for murder. So we stop for about a week.
# part two; The Trial of the Rebel.
The rebel leader defended the young solder. They wanted me to prosecute, but I refused. I told the; “I am a witness to the crime, as are you.” The judge allowed the leader to defended, but I was to be a witness only. This should have taken only a day, but it took up three days. People did not want to sit-in-judgement of one of their own for killing their enemy. So the trial was by judge alone; no jury.
It was a short trial, about six hour. The young rebel-solder was found guilty. Mercy was going to be his sentence, but I spoke-up. A Navajo is a North American – Indian. {These are the people who lived there before the White-People came.} A person who is not wanted be the white people of their country. I know these things. I have seen them in my own country. An Indian {to-day we are suppose to say, ‘First Nation Peoples’} was charge with murder. The town Chief of Police assume when the Indian went to trial he would be found not-guilty. So the Chief of Police told a witness to lie and say he saw the Indian stave the man who died. This Indian was sentenced to life-in-prison. After he did 11 years in prison, he was given a day-pass. He would have been given a three-day-pass if he said that he did commit the murder. This Person took three days away from prison, but on the third day he flag down a member of the R.C. M. P. officer and told him who he is and turn himself in. The officer reinvestigated the witness, who told him that he did lie and why and who told him to lie. [I have never heard of a white-man doing this, (going back on his own) nor anything like it.]
In another place Indians had a problem with their well-water. Their sewer water was running into their well-water. They asked the federal government for help. The federal government said - if you fine a clean water source we will help you develop it. The Indians found water in the province. The federal government said - that provincial land we can not take it. The Indians went to the provincial government for the land. The provincial government said - you are Indians you need to go to the federal government. This went on for over five years. Why!; because they are Indians.
In another place; the provincial government was allowing pollution to get into a river. This was making the people who live down river sick. The government was saying that there is nothing they can do, because it was in the river from natural events. Later this was proven to be a lie. This poison was coming from smokestacks of industry. Why was this allowed to happen? It happened because the people who lived down river are Indians.
So you see: I know thing about events that you never heard about. These things happen in by country and it also happens in the U. of Say.
Therefore, this rebel solder should be punished the same way you want the Amen punish for there crimes. That is Justice, anything else is revenge.
The young rebel solder was sentenced to death.
# part three; Back to the Trial
A mother came before me asking that her eleven year old son be excused from the trial, because of his age. I asked her if she was an Amen and she said yes. I told her that a black boy of seven years of age was charged with rape for kissing a seven year old white girl. Therefore your son can stand trial with you.
A pregnant woman asked if she could be excused because of her unborn child. I told her she would come under England common Law. A pregnant woman could not be executed. Therefore, the question is asked, when is a pregnant woman not pregnant? The answer is, when the child is free from its mother body and cord is cut, the woman is not pregnant. This law is to protest the un-born child, not to say when life begins. You will be put to death after your child is born. And your child will be citizen of Packyland.
This statement upset a lot of people; the child would be a half-breed – born in Packyland; born of Amen. This is not acceptable. This angrier me: I yell; “A child is a gift from God, anyone who reject a child, reject God. A woman came in and the people were quite. She said, “I will take the child a raise her to be my child and a good Christian.” This really made the people to think about what was going on.
A man in his late twenty came before me to demand that his wife stand with him. I said yes and she came out. She was a younger, about 16 or 17. We are Cherokee not Amen. The young man spoke for himself and his wife. I took him at his word about himself, but I question his wife.
Me: “Speak for your self girl”.
Girl: “I though the law of this country would not allow a woman to speak for herself in the present of her husband”.
Me: “ Not in my court. So speak”.
Girl: “We are Cherokee, do you know who we are”?
Me: “I know of your people. The death march, order by the Whites. Cher; the half-breed, singer and actor.
Girl: “Cher: She is my grandmother. My father is white. I am one eighth Cherokee. That is why my husband did not want me to speak.”
Me: “White by Law; Indian by marriage.” --- “You are wearing a shirt of a postal-worker. Are you a postal-worker?”
Girl: “Yes.”
Me: “Did you take an oath to get this job?”
Girl: “Yes”.
Me: “Then you are Amen by your oath. Your husband does not need to stand trial, but you do”.
Young Cherokee man: “I will stay with my wife. It was my idea that she takes that job. I will share in her fate.”
Me: “No, but you may stay with her for now”.
.
Dear Thead
I can not remember if anyone else speaking in my dreams, to defend themselves.
I do not know if I got these quotes correct, for they keep coming to me over and over in my dreams. All I know is that I needed to write them.
Chapter five: The Evidence
Movies made by the government and people of U. of Say were shown to the people that I said they had to stand trial. These movies showed that the murder was order by their presidents both past and present. Also; it show them bragging about what their solders did in Packyland. With the testimony of the woman, who was shot in her own home, the accused remain silent. This took a little more than two hours.
I told them that they could stay silent, plead guilty or defend themselves. The Young Cherokee woman stood up, “With this evidence, I have to say; people of U. of Say are guilty of these grimes. They had no right to come into this country and murder a man and injure another person. If they are right to invade Packyland; then those who attacked the twin towers were also right, because they assume that Amen was harming them. Therefore since I took an oath to U. of Say; I am guilty of these crimes.
The noise maker stood up; “That Squaw will go to hell for turning her back on our people. We are the greatest, we are just, that why we are so powerful. God gave us this power to rule the world and one day we will. You will all go to hell for killing us.
The rest of the accused remain silent. I found then all guilty of murder and assault. I told them that I would sentence then on the first day of the week, after the noon hour, but first I have to talk to parliament.
Chapter six: at Parliament
I do not know how it happened, but I did find myself standing in front of the National Assembly of Packyland. I did not think about their religion, nor mine; I did not care if I got the quotations correct; I only wanted to speak the truth about what the Master tough.
The Master teaches that we are to obey the law given by God.
The Master’s life long friend wrote this about hate. “Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer and you know that no murderer has eternal life in him.”
The Master’s elder brother wrote this; “If you show favouritism, you sin.”
The Jewish Pharisee wrote this about war; *we live in this world, but we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of this world, but words. These words can demolish arguments of all kind and teach obedient to God.”
From the Master himself; *Do not think that I have come to abolish the law.
*Anyone who breaks one of these laws will be call lease in the kingdom.
*Anyone who gets angry with his brother is subject to judgement.
* Pray for those who persecute you.
*Whoever practices these commands will be call good.
*The way you treat other is the same way God will treat you.
“I want your permission to give judgement with mercy;” I said to Parliament. “Without mercy judgement is just another form of revenge. On the first day of the week, after the noon hour, I intend to up-hold the Law of Packyland and you know what that means.”
“The solder who murdered the Navajo; will you show mercy to him?” This came from a voice in the assembly. I answer. “No! That is for the young Navajo man’s mother to answer. I will ask when I take his body home to his family.”
(*) In my dreams I could not quote, so I spoke from memory. Yes, I know I did not get it quoted correctly, but I did get the massage right.
Chapter seven: Sentences
I called all the people, who are convicted, into court for sentencing. The first one to speak was ‘we are the greatest; we are God’s chosen. I am not like that half-breed squaw woman, a coward who disown …..’ I stop listening to him and told him to shut-up and sit-down. And with a gum to his head, he did just that.
“Cherokee squaw come foreword. Half-breed, quarter-breed, eighth-breed; these are only words of man, they mean nothing to God. In God’s understanding and wisdom you are his child. God will judge you for what you do, not for who your parents are. Your honestly in this court is refreshing and noble. As for me Squaw means, ‘a woman of honour’. I judge you worthy of mercy. I order you to take charge of all the children, the pregnant woman and live in servitude for life, to the woman who said she would raise the unborn child as her own. This is yours and the others sentences.”
For the rest of you. … A man came in and stopped me by saying: “Sir; Judge; what do I call you.” – “William”, I reply, “but in this court, Judge is the correct word”.
“Judge; the National Assembly stated that you may render justice with mercy.”
“Thank-you.”
“I sentence the rest of you to life in prison or twenty years, which ever come first.”
“Cherokee Squaw, I amend your sentence to twenty years maximum. If you see your grandmother again, thank her for me. I enjoy her singing.”
Chapter eight: at Home
Being that the young Navajo man was pack in ice and place in a wooden box from the time of his death, the body was safe to transport back to his home. Since I was given an ambassador passport by my country, I had no trouble in take the Navajo home.
When I got to the village of the young Navajo man, I was met by his family. I talk to his mother about the rebel solder of Packyland. She told me that to-much blood was already spilled on Mother-Earth. Show him mercy. Let him spend twenty years in prison for what he done.
The next thing I remember about my dreams is I was home in the woods; sitting by a camp-fire, talking to my wife. I do not remember. There were other things that happen, but I do not remember any of it.
My wife told me that the people of our village are not happy with what I said about Kannuk.
The rest of my dreams are vanity. I think what everyone who lives their life in hiding from life, really do wish that they can do just one thing good in their life. And I am no different from that.
Chapter nine: Hope from Australia
There is a song from Australia, ‘I am Australian’. I heard the ‘Seekers’ singing this song. If you hear the Words to this song and put them into practice in your life each and ever day of your life: then there is hope for this World.
This song start of by talking about Mother-Earth; Mother-Earth is what gives us life; She was created by the Great-Spirit; -God; so we would have a place to live. “I came from the dream-time, from the dusty red soil … for 40,000 years I been the first Australian.” The song is about the Land; the people and how they came together. The song ends with these Words; “I am, you are, we are Australian.”
If this is only another song in a herd of song, then it has no meaning. But you, Australian, take these words into your-life; then and only then, you will understand the Words of the Master. And also, if we the other Peoples of this World do the same, Hope will live again.
If we do not, we will all revisit; Sulva Bay and The Green Fields of France.
