Beauty and the Beast Meets the Real World

Everyone knows the story Beauty and the Beast but there is one problem. Nobody continued the whole story. It stops at the beast turning into a prince, living happily ever after, and the usual story tale ending things. The truth is that Belle and Adam die on their honeymoon. I know, I know that really ruins the fairy tale ending part but let me continue.
In the story, Belle goes off looking for her father. After her father finds out that they have been killed. He immediately calls all the family together to share the bad news. Now we have to fast forward to the right now time. Belle’s great, great, great niece Julie is in high school. She’s not having a good time. Imagine an average 16 year old, in 11th grade, tall, skinny, really long hair, and with glasses. That’s Julie. Nothing is going very good. Prom is coming up and the worst part is that she found this mysterious note in her locker. The note read:
My Dearest Belle,
Thank you for saving my life. Yes, I was a beast but I still had feelings. I couldn’t quite understand them but I do now. My love for you is strong. I have some urgent news to tell you.

Julie didn’t know what the note was, who it was from, or what it was doing in her locker. All she wanted to do was get this note out of her mind and sight.
She tried as hard as she could but she couldn’t get her mind off the note. She looked it up on the internet and she got no luck there. The craziest idea popped in her head. Maybe that will work, she thought. She got the note out of her pocket and wrote on it:
How about this? You meet me on the way to lunch and tell me the news then.
She hurried up and stuck the note in her locker. The same way the note appeared there, the same way it would disappear.
On the way to lunch, Julie heard somebody calling her name. She turned around to see the cutest boy in 11th grade, Trey Washington. “Julie, I am the great, great, great nephew of Adam,” he said. “I found this note in my locker saying,” he continued while pulling a note out of his pocket. Julie read the note carefully. “One more thing Julie, will you go to the prom with me?”
