I See Hope

A group of campers in a camp in  Macapa were chosen to go on a dangerous boat trip so that they would find a mysterious gem tree and earn their golden badge. Their vicious captain did not say a word about the destination. Each pair of campers were hand-tied and couldn't move from their place on the boat. When they were so far from the land that they could not see it anymore, two of the younger campers noticed a big dark cloud on the horizon. As they got closer to it, they realized to their horror that what they thought was a cloud was actually a big surge of water coming toward them. The boat was shattered to pieces by the huge wave and it looked as if nobody could have survived. Luckily, the two alert campers, Misty and Bella, managed  to cut the rope that tied their hands, hold on to a piece of wood and drift toward the shore of a beautiful island.

As the two young girls washed up on the shore, they felt drowsy and extremely starved. According to Misty's map, they were on an island called  Ilha da Queimada, the most dangerous island to be on. "I don't think that it's a beautiful island at all!" cried Bella.  Because of their situation, the  elder girl, Misty, was caring and supportive of her younger friend. Misty took the risk of eating wild berries and told the little one, Bella, that she hoped not to die. Sadly, Misty did not survive and Bella was devastated. She was afraid to be alone because she thought that there were venomous vipers scattered in the bushes, tree branches and on the ground. However, nothing happened to her and the following day, she climbed a mountain in search of the precious gem tree. During her hike, she found an abandoned log house, so she decided to rest there for one night and continue her journey the next day. In the early morning, Bella woke up and noticed that the atmosphere was filled with fog.  Bella rushed in search for the gem tree but instead she tripped, rolled down the cliff and lost track of the gem tree. She is lost, but she begins to notice a luminous light coming from a cave in a mountain. So she went inside, and luckily she found the gem tree!
