SURVIVAL

SURVIVAL(oaies mohammad saad) Today is the 15th of 12/2012,

Here I am walking in front of the cameras flashlight, walking through the crowds of press ….. I survived ……. But I wish I didn't. I've seen horrifying things, things that we only see in nightmares, dead bodies, blood everywhere, and….
I killed him, yes it was me who did it, I killed him with my own hands. you want to know what happened like everyone else, well then I'll tell you:
It was the morning of 10 of 12/2012, me, sally, Joe, jade, Jackson and Bella were going on a holiday.
In the spring break we were so happy, it was the perfect vacation. we were almost alone on the plane, like we owned it or something. we were the closest friends and you can see how Joe looks to Bella, he always loved her but he was so hesitant to admit it.
so we took off, oh we were going to New jersey to spend our vacation. it all seemed well until we entered a storm and the pilot said: "please remain calm we are entering a storm. "so I want everyone to be calm and quiet, thank you." his confident and his calming speech made us all relaxed and as he said CALM, well that theory had gone down when lightning hit the right wing and destroyed the right engine the fear caught every heart of all the people in the plane. the terrifying screams everywhere, the death ghost was soaring in the plane waiting his earnings of souls. I was afraid in all the screams and the yelling and suddenly I stopped hearing anything and a black shade had covered my eyes and then …………

I hardly opened my eyes and I saw what the HORROR word meant. I saw bodies missing parts and blood covering the whole place. I tried to stand up. I was in shock, I didn’t know what to do. I started walking around and through the dead bodies like a loony. it was a tragedy. I've seen people dying and people who were crying blood. it was one of the most horrible things that I have ever seen. I went to search for my friends. I couldn't find them in the crash. suddenly I heard a fainted voice of my friend Bella. I hurried to see if she was okay, but she wasn’t, she was trapped under the crashed wing of the plane. she was dying. I tried to help her but I couldn’t. I was hurt as well so I went to find help. I saw my friend Joe, he was fainted. I tried to wake him up. I told him that I need his help. he stood up and when I told him that Bella is dying in the crash he crawled to her. he was so shocked and afraid to lose her. he held her hand and she told him with her fainting voice that she loves him. he was crying blood, he told her that he always loved her and he wanted to marry her after college: "please don’t give up on me, please don’t die, I love you and I'll always do, please, I'll get help and we will get out of here just don’t die please, I want to marry you and we will have so many children that you will miscount them, please…
We're meant to be" he said. she looked at him as her life was perishing away and she smiled and then she...
He screamed like someone had taken out his heart out of his chest. I couldn’t do anything for him but leaving him to calm down. I went back searching for Jade, Jackson and Sally. I couldn't find them anywhere. I yelled and screamed but nothing. I went back to Joe and I told him to get himself together so we can survive. I lighted up a fire and I knew that they would find us, but it's been 6 hours after we crashed and no one has yet found us. we spent the whole night in the wild with no covering.

It's the second day and no one has found us. I went looking for the pilot because I thought that he might help us. I found him after 2 hours of searching but he was dead. I noticed that he was holding something in his hand and when I got closer I saw that he was carrying the black box of the plane, but my shock was that the black box was ruined. back then I knew that we were gonna be stuck in the forest for a couple days or maybe more. when I went back to the fire site I saw Jade and Sally sitting close to Joe. I ran toward them and they were all right though they were wounded, and when they asked about the others I told them that Bella had died and that we may have to stay under the open sky for days before they can rescue us. while Jade and Sally were sitting with Joe I went looking for Jackson hoping to find him somewhere. I walked about a mile but suddenly I saw a fire smoke coming from the hill in front of me. I ran over there and I found him, he was covered in blood, he was thrilled to see me. I told him everything. he was shocked but he held himself, so I led him to our fire site to meet with the others. although we were strong and confident, on the other hand we were hungry and tired living in nowhere. so we split up and every one had a task, we had to adapt to our situation at least until we get out of the forest, and that’s what we did.

Today it's the third day that we have been here since the crash. it’s the 13 of 12/2012:
Although we were able to have food and drink, every one of our group were in an intense mode since the crash everyone is so nervous. today Joe had gone mad. he was flirting with the girls and soliciting them and suddenly he started to push Sally. I was with her because Jade and Jackson were bringing food and wood for the fire, so when I tried to stop Joe he started to curse me and was trying to sway on me so I punched him in the face so he would snap out of it, but he pushed me and he was trying to rape Sally. I tried to get him away from her but he was mad so I grabbed a piece of pointy wood and I stabbed him ….., yes... I killed my best friend. but I was just trying to get him away from sally, I wasn’t trying to kill him. when Jade and Jackson came back and they saw Joes body they were afraid that I would do the same to them, but I wasn’t going to …

On the same day, after hours of what happened to Joe, Jade, Sally and Jackson went somewhere near the waterfall to discuss if they wanted me to be with them or not. they were gone more than an hour, and I heard shouting and yelling, but then I heard Sally screaming "heeeelp." I rushed there and I found Sally trying to catch Jade from falling over the cliff of the waterfall. Jade was slipping. I tried to lift her up but my hands weren’t long enough. I tried to find a log so she could hold to it but I couldn’t and suddenly I heard a scream... she fell down the cliff, the waterfall was colored by her blood …
When I asked Sally about what happened and where Jackson was, she told me that when they were screaming Jade got mad at Jackson because he wanted to kill me so they got in a fight and she pushed him by mistake down the river, but he held to her leg dragging her with him.

It was supposed to be a fun vacation but death wanted the opposite. my friends died and I was the one who killed his best friend. some people say "life is cruel." now I believe them. we acted like animals to survive but the wild rules there is no WE. survival rules are just to be the strongest most cruelest to SURVIVE. So it was only me and Sally who survived. we were about to lose hope. we were just waiting for death to come. Sally was so confused and the idea of losing her friends made her so hopeless that when I went to bring food for us she killed herself. yes, she committed suicide, she couldn't stand it, and I was about to do the same because I couldn’t stand it either. my wounds were at their worst condition, literally I was dying, so I just closed my eyes and waited for death to visit me. BUT as I said, death always wants the opposite, so I heard the hovers on top of my head and I saw the relievers and I smiled a sarcastic smile of my condition.

You think that I survived, but think again. my friends are dead. I may physically have survived but I'm Mentally DEAD.

So ..that’s the story that every one wants' to seek out of me …
