Lost in Love – Cupid’s love arrow

James was a jealous type of guy. When he first charmed me with his sweet ways and saying I was cute, singing me songs and all, I didn’t suspect anything. Until he started asking me things like if my crush, Wyatt, and himself were in danger, who would I save first? Still, he continued to stay up late, chatting with me until I fell asleep and I woke up to tons of hearts he’d left me in text messages. After graduation, I began hosting reunion gatherings at a nearby playground, and he came to every one of them. When I actually accepted to become his girlfriend, he stopped chatting with me. The songs, the messages, all gone.

When the rumors came, it made me so annoyed that I told everyone that a “love arrow” was broken. I meant that I stopped having a crush on Wyatt, but James thought I was breaking up with him. So I requested to become good friends, since he never bothered to listen to my explanation. Instead, he simply ignored me completely. I started wailing to my girl friends every week. Every time someone mentioned his name, my heart felt like breaking. I really wanted to throw a rock in his face to tell James how much it hurt.

Then, I met Max at tuition. After a while I stopped going to tuition, but I found out he had a crush on me. I told him all my problems and he tried to give me good advice. He became a really good friend to talk to.

It’s been half a year, and James still isn’t speaking to me.
