Jimmie away from home

Jimmie away from home(Nolan) Once upon a time there was a boy named Jimmie and he loved the Maine outdoors. One day Jimmie was walking to a creek to go fishing near Mt. Kathadin when he got lost. He always carried a survival pack with him in the woods. He decided to make a shelter and go explore around him. While he was walking he heard flowing water and went to it to find a creek but not the one he was trying to get to. He got some water and went back to his shelter. That night he found a patch of raspberries and decided to hunt for bear sense he had a permit. He stayed there for hours and fell asleep. He woke up to a big black bear right in front of him. Jimmie grabbed his pistol and shot the bear. He gutted the bear and ate some meat. He knew how to make a a fire with flint a steel that he had so he made a tinder bundle and lit the fire. After a while Jimmie went to bed. When he woke up the next morning he ate some meat and went to get more water from the brook. He knew they would be looking for him soon so just decided to wait it out. A few hours later Jimmie saw a helicopter and waved his orange flag and they sent someone to get him. Warden Kris Macabe was first to get there and saved Jimmie. Jimmie lived happily ever after.
