life of me(Emma Asher) it was on a Monday. i remember it clearly because that's the day i got took into care.
it was hard for me to understand because i was only 5. i got taken to a house in lichfield. "this is where you are going to be staying for a while" i heard someone say to me. it took about a few weeks to get used to it. every day i would ask "where's my mom?" and the reply would always be "i don't know."
i guess they couldn't tell me where my mom is.

i used to be able to see my mom, but only in the holidays. i could only see her for 4 hours but that was long enough. i loved going to see her because i could catch up with all the gossip.

it has been 10 years since i have been in care now with the same person and i now feel like part of the family and i still see my mom. i also know why i got taken into care. i respect why they did't tell me.
