The Rescue

The Rescue(jpater) Nathan, Antoine, and Sally entered Sally’s house where Taylor, Walter, and Miles were waiting for them. “We are back and I want you to meet Antoine,” Said Nathan. Taylor, Walter, and Miles walked up and introduced themselves. After introducing themselves they all walked over to the map that Sally had printed out. “The Illiops are in a jail cell, located in the Hard to Find City,”said Antoine. “The problem is there is no teleporter cards to teleport us directly to the Hard to Find City,”said Sally. “Even if there was a teleporter card we would still have a problem,” said Nathan. “What's that?” asked Sally. “The GaTang,”said Nathan. “That’s right and there’s probably going to be hundreds of them” said Sally. They kept looking at the map to try to find a way to the Hard to Find City. Taylor noticed an airport on the map. “There’s an airport on Cape Baloo, maybe we could get a plane and fly to the Hard to Find City,” said Taylor. “Cape Baloo to the Hard Find City is about 45 miles apart, but right now that looks like our best option,” said Sally. “On the map it has Teleport C Five underneath the airport,” Said Taylor. “That means we can get there by using using the Teleport C card and five of us can go,” said Sally. “Lets do it,” said Taylor.


Sally used the Teleport C Card in her deck of cards. Nathan, Sally, Walter, Miles, Taylor, and Antoine were teleported outside the airport on Cape Baloo. They walked around the airport looking through a chainlink fence. Sally noticed a cargo plane on one of the runways. “Perfect,” said Sally. “Yeah, but you are going to have to get past those two GaTang guards to get to it,” said Walter pointing towards the two guards guarding the main entrance into the airport. One of the GaTang guards spotted them. The GaTang guard began talking to the other GaTang guard but it was in a language that Nathan, Sally, Walter, Miles, Taylor, and Antoine could not understand. The GaTang guard that spotted them went through the gate to sound the alarm. The other GaTang grabbed a spear and headed towards them. “They have spotted us,” said Taylor. “This is not good,” said Walter. “I will hold him off, the rest of you head for the plane. I summon Power of the Rabbit and Magic Sword,” said Taylor. A sword appeared in Taylor’s hand and she approached the GaTang while the others ran into the main gate. The GaTang stuck his spear out and Taylor hit the spear with her sword. The spear was transformed into a card. The GaTang bent down to look at what happened to the spear and Taylor swung the sword and it touched the GaTang transforming him into a card. She picked up the two cards and headed towards the plane.


Alarms were blaring as Nathan, Sally, Walter, Miles, Taylor, and Antoine got on the plane. Antoine flipped some switches and the engine started. He released the brake and pulled the throttle lever. The plane began taxiing down the runway. Antoine pulled up on the control column and the plane took off.


Taylor went to the front to the cockpit of the plane. Antoine was sitting in the pilots seat and Walter was sitting in the Captains seat. “How many times have you flown a plane?” asked Taylor. “Never this is the first time I have ever flown a plane,” said Antoine. “Oh my gosh!” exclaimed Taylor. Walter looked out and saw numerous planes flown by the GaTang. “Here they come,” said Walter. “I will go tell the others,” said Taylor.


Taylor went to the back of the plane. “It may get bumpy here in a few minutes. The GaTang are behind us. Plus this is the first time Antoine has flown a plane. “What!” shouted Sally. Miles noticed some rope and a surfboard towards the back of the plane. “All Right! I will take care of the GaTang said Miles unbuckling the seat belt and heading towards the back of the plane. “Wait!” shouted Sally, but it was too late as Miles had opened the backend of the cargo plane and was going out of the plane on the surfboard with the rope tied to a bar on the wall. Sally and Nathan ran to the back of the plane. “My Aunt Linda would kill me if she knew that Miles was doing that,” said Sally. “You don’t have anything to worry about,” said Nathan. “What do you mean?” asked Sally. “Sally, do you think if you told Aunt Linda that you and Miles went to another world and Miles was sky surfing while fighting GaTang fighter pilots, she would believe you?” asked Nathan. “No,” said Sally.


Miles tied the rope around his leg. “I summon Power of Fox and Magic Bow and Arrow,” said Miles. Miles got right beside one of the GaTang Pilots and fired and arrow. The arrow hit the pilot and he was transformed into a card. Miles reached over and grabbed the card as the plane began to go down. Miles loaded another arrow and swung out to the right. He fired the arrow but the arrow hit the plane instead of the GaTang pilot and the plane transformed into a card. The GaTang pilot began falling towards the ground. Miles untied the rope from his leg and let go of it. He went towards the GaTang Pilot on the surfboard, stuck out his hand and helped the pilot onto the surfboard.


“Miles!” shouted Sally in horror as she watched Miles and the GaTang pilot on the surfboard heading towards the ground. Sally looked through her deck and pulled out a card. “I summon Mighty Hawk,” said Sally. A hawk appeared in front of Sally. “Mighty Hawk grabbed Miles and the GaTang pilot and bring them back,” commanded Sally. The hawk flew after Miles and the GaTang, grabbed them with its feet, and brought them back to the plane.


Sally snapped her finger and the hawk transformed back into a card. “Are you ok, Miles?” asked Sally hugging him. “I am fine. That was way past cool!” said Miles.


The rescued GaTang pilot began communicating with the other pilots. The other GaTang Pilots began putting on their parachutes and ejecting from their plane.


“Miles let me see the card with the GaTang pilot on it,” said Sally. Miles handed her the card. “I summon GaTang Pilot,” said Sally. The GaTang pilot appeared in front of Sally. “Mile’s hit him again with your arrow,” said Sally. Miles loaded an arrow and fired at the GaTang striking him. The GaTang pilot began to communicate with the rescued GaTang. “Nathan bring me two parachutes,” said Sally. Nathan had confused look on his face but went and got two parachutes and handed them to Sally. She handed the parachutes to the GaTang and they jumped out of the plane.


“We have a problem,” said Antoine as they approached the Hard to Find City. “What’s the matter?” asked Sally. “There is no place to land,” said Antoine. “There are four parachutes left. Fly over the jail and we will parachute onto the roof said Sally. Nathan, Taylor, Sally, and Miles put on the parachutes and landed on the roof of the Hard to Find City Jail.


Sally walked to the edge of the building and looked down. “uh-oh!” said Sally. “Oh my gosh! I am getting like Nathan, when you say uh-oh it is scary,” said Taylor. “Look down there,” said Sally. They all went to the edge and looked down. “GaTang guards!” said Taylor. “There must be a million of them,” said Miles. “I don’t think there is that many little bro, but there is a bunch of them,” said Nathan. “I guess all we can do is summon our powers and hope we can take a lot of them out from up here,” said Sally.


They were fixing to summon their powers when another GaTang walked up to the guards and start communicating with them. The GaTang guards all of sudden just walked away from the jail cell they were guarding. “That’s weird,” said Taylor. “What just happen?” asked Sally with a puzzle look on her face. “I don’t know but lets rescue the Illiops and get out of here before they come back,” said Nathan. “How are we going to get down there to rescue them?” asked Taylor. “Like this,” said Sally pulling out a card. “I summon Magic Ladder,” said Sally. A ladder appeared in front of Sally. Nathan and Taylor lowered the ladder to the ground and they climbed off of the roof.


They looked in the cell and saw the Illiops laying in the cell floor as if they were dead. “Those poor things,” said Taylor, Nathan found the key to the cell hanging beside the door, unlocked the cell, and open the door. “Hope this works,” said Sally drawing a card from her deck. “I summon Graveyard Resurrection,” said Sally throwing the card into the cell. The Illiops began to wake up as their soul had been restored.


The Illiops were coming out of the cell when Miles noticed the GaTang. “Yikes! Here they come,”said Miles. “Me and Walter will hold them back while you, Miles, Nathan, and the Illiops escape,” said Taylor to Sally. “We are going to hold back that many?” asked Walter as he noticed the large number of GaTang approaching. “Sure we are. I summon. The power of the Rabbit and magic sword,” said Taylor. A sword appeared in her hand. “I guess I don’t have much choice do I” said Walter nervously. “Nope,” said Taylor. “I was afraid you would say that. I summon the Power of the Seal and Magic Hatchet,” said Walter.


The GaTang stopped but the leader of the GaTang continued towards Nathan, Sally, Miles, Taylor, Walter, and the Illiops. The leader began trying to communicate, but Nathan, Sally, Miles, Taylor, or Walter could not understand him. The leader of the Illiops stepped forward. “He said we come in peace and want to end the fighting that has separated us for five thousand years,” said the leader of Illiops. The GaTang leader snapped his finger and another GaTang stepped forward with the black box of the Supreme Oppressor. The GaTang leader began to speak. “He said this black box has brought nothing but darkness and evil. We must destroy it,” said the Illiop leader interpreting the GaTang. The GaTang leader handed the black box to the Illiop leader. The Illiop and the GaTang leader shook hands. “We must figure out a way to destroy the black box. Five thousand years ago we buried the black box to end the darkness and evil but it continues to plague both our people,” said the leader of the Illiops. “I think I know a way to take care of the black box,” said Sally drawing a card from her deck. “I summon Venus Fire Trap,” said Sally. A plant pot appeared in front of Sally. The Illiop leader handed her the black box and she place it beside the pot. A plant resembling a Venus Fly Trap emerged from the pot, ate the black box, and then looked up towards the sky and spit out a fireball.


“Thank you for helping to end the evil and darkness that has plagued our tribes for five thousand years,” said the leader of the Illiop Tribe as he shook Sally’s hand. The GaTang tribe leader came up and shook Sally’s hand and began to speak. “He said thank you for rescuing him and his tribe from the evil forces of Roman. You must continue to pursue him until he is destroyed so he does do not bring darkness and evil upon other tribes,” said the leader of the Illiops. “Tell him we will,” said Sally. The Illiop Tribe leader interpreted what Sally said to the GaTang leader.


As the five young heroes were heading back to Cape Baloo on the cargo plane, Walter noticed smoke and flames. “That almost looks like MAVO Headquarters,” said Walter. “It is MAVO headquarters and it is on fire,” said Sally. Antoine found a place to land and the five watched the flames consume MAVO. When the last wall of MAVO headquarters collapsed the ground began to shake. Buildings, parks, schools, and other recreational facilities began to rise from the ground. The Great Mountains that separated where MAVO once stood and the Hard to Find City disappeared and were replace by more buildings. Nathan, Sally, Miles, Taylor, Walter, and Antoine watched as GaTang and Illiop children played together and what was once two separate tribes was now one. “Do you know what we just did?” asked Taylor. “Yes,” said Sally with a tear of joy running down her cheek. “Are you ok, Aunt Sally?” asked Miles. “Yes, I am,” said Sally wiping the tear off of her cheek and then she hugged Miles.


Taylor remembered she had a GaTang Guard Card in her pocket. She pulled it out and handed it so Sally. “This was one of the GaTang guards at the airport and he needs to be set free” said Taylor. “I summon GaTang Guard,” said Sally. The GaTang Guard appeared in front of Sally. “I summon Power of the Rabbit and Magic Sword,” said Taylor. A sword appeared in Taylor’s hand and she touch the GaTang guard with it. The GaTang Guard stood there for a moment. Then he heard other GaTang talking and he walked off to be with his people.


“I do have one question, what about the other crystals,” said Walter as they stood there watching the Illiops and GaTang tribe. “They are right here, Walter boy,” said the Card Master walking up and handing a card to Walter with the seven magic crystals on it. “Two tribes were separated by one crystal for five thousand years and there is no telling what kind of evil these other crystals could bring if they ended up in the wrong hands,” said Sally taking the card out of Walter’s hand. “What are you going to do Sally,” asked Taylor. “I summon magic crystals,” said Sally. The seven crystals appeared in front of Sally. “Now, I summon Red Eyed Black Dragon,” said Sally. A black dragon with red eyes appeared in front of Sally. “Red Eyed Black Dragon, destroy those crystals,” shouted Sally. The dragon blew fire and destroyed each of the seven Crystals. Sally snapped her finger and the dragon transformed back into a card. “Never again will there be the possibility of the crystals ever being used to bring evil and darkness upon people,” said Sally. “Now if we only knew where Roman was headed,” said Taylor. “I will tell you where he is headed Taylor girl. He is heading for the card factory to create a deck to destroy me using a game that I created. The bad thing is he already has the upper hand with twelve thousand Life Points. In the game I created the most Life Points a player can have is five thousand five hundred, but since Roman is three people in one he gets more Life Points,” said the Card Master. “Then we have to figure out a way to separate Markik from Roman, then Dovack, and then finish Roman off for good,” said Sally. “That is a good plan, Sally girl, now all you have to do is figure out how to do that,” said the Card Master walking off.
