Who killed Maria.(Judy) Maria was mother to four daughters, Chingy, Annie, Beamer and Barbie. Of all Annie looked most like her but Chingy was the loveliest. She gave birth to Chingy and Annie but adopted Beamer and Barbie. Maria had a restaurant. She lived in the heart of Philis land. There they wore gloves to cook. constantly bugged by the inspectors, they bought new packs of gloves each time. She had little patience for her children, but they helped her borrow new cook books all the time. Once it was two people who would troop in for spaghetti bolognese. A one pot dish that was cheap to cook.

Chingy left to live with uncle Merick. Who was a very mean man. He was not nice to them but respected her succesful mother. Uncle Merick was a rich supermart owner who had rich neighbours. They sold the best grocery sent in from a good farm and she opted to buy.
They had new visitors all the time who they treated specially to red wine. Next someone came in. He wore a dark suit. Unbuttoned. He looked at Maria, "get me food."
She smiled. "Order and pay there." He grabbed her neck.
"Common get me food!"
She rushed in and asked them to bring him food. She was confused, blinking and scurrying.
He did that for a week. then she called Meric.
Meric gave him a dirty slap and sent him out.
She was found dead. Outside her house. Chingy and the other kids went wild.
No one knew who killed her.
The man came back to the resturant and fought Meric. Meric called the police. He had been waiting for him to arrive.
He had an alibi. He was found at his farm working so it was not him.
Next they tried to find other tips to who had done the act.
Meric was missing at his house at the time. A friend had come to visit. Saw a don't disturb sleeping sign but broke in.
Meric said he left to a pub and left Chingie with a neighbour.
Eventually it was ascertained she had dropped dead from high blood pressure. She had been poisoned at the restaurant possibly by someone who was there. The polygraph interrogation revealed who it was.
