Le Book O Ledgends(Samantha Sharon Williams) Two teens, named Light and Lisa, strode through the town park on their way to their schools bond fire celebration when they saw a tiny sparkle peeking on the ground. Of course they slide from the path to investigate. When they met their destination light said, "Lisa, it's just a book." They stared at the cold leather cover. The book had many cracks and crevasses. "We'll, look light." Light fixed his eyes on the book and peeked through the cover. "We'll, theirs instructions. Let's see. Write down a name and wish. It will come true?" "Light let's test it out." She yanked the book out of his hands and lug out a pen. "Let's get some money!" She scribbles down their names and desires. "We should win the lottery any second now." She checks her watch. "When will it work? Light make it work!" "Lisa, it's a hoax." Ring. "One second. Who's this? I won what? Later! We'll Lisa we won! The book works! C'mon let's tell Steven, he'll love this book! Let's text him to meet us at your locker during the bond fire so we can show him it." Lisa texted Steven for the meet.

Light and Lisa were at their school and saw the bond fire for the schools celebration and waved Steven to follow. " This is the most realistic hoax I have ever laid eyes on."said Steven "It's not a hoax."Lisa warned. "It's the real deal, we found it in the park, and tested it. We won the lottery!" Light bragged. "Your some spoiled teens." Steven told. "Yeah, teens with one less dork on the squad." Light told Steven to go away by staring daggers. Lisa didn't like how Light was reacting to the book. She could only hope that this was a faze. When Lisa blew away her thoughts Light started to write something into the book. "What are you doing?" Lisa questioned. "Trying to get Steven out of town. He's a threat to our power. We have to keep him out, along with the other idiots." "Light, that's abuse of power. Your just taking this power as a weapon! Don't you see?" "So what? It's ours now. We have the power to do anything we want!" "Not anymore." Lisa yanked the book out of Lights hands and darted toward the bond fire. "Come back here!" Light screamed. Lisa finally made it to the fire and Lifted the book over it. "Not another step or the book gets it." "Lisa it doesn't have to end this way! Don't you see? We can end world hunger. Fill in the potholes. Do whatever we can to help this world. But you have to give it back." Lisa was tempted. But she knew what was right. Lisa let the book go and watched as the fire devoured it. Light fell to his knees at the sight. "Sorry Light." "Well I'm going to summer school." "Why?" "That had my homework in it."
