The community corporate is the king to us
Born 1989, F, from KwaZulu-Natal, South AfricaGalaxy has recommitted itself to good corporate with community projects as part of its on going efforts to retain the trust not only of its stakeholders but including most of the public sectors and carry out its duties with respect and integrity.
Our organisation embraces and encourages diversity in its forms. We believe that talents management means selecting the right people, developing their potential and fueling their enthusiasm. Building their interest, commitment, and also supporting them through periods of change.
Understanding and evaluating people is in the heart of our business. we know for sure this can decrease the rate of unemployment, youth on the streets, the use of drugs, crime, abuse and unhealthy practices, this covers all our aims in reducing poverty.
During the research we conduct every month in the population we always come up with solution projects which we are sure play a huge role in minimizing the high perfomance of the founded issues in our research.
