The Death of Christine Williams
Born 1995, M, from Kentucky, United StatesThe Death of Christine Williams
By Joseph Logsdon
Christine Williams was the greatest actress of her generation. She was beautiful, smart, and talented. However, there was a tragic side to Christine. As a young girl, Christine was sexually abused by her father. Because of that fact, Christine remained bitter. As time passed, Christine wanted the entire world to give her compassion and understanding. Throughout her childhood, Christine never received love. She hoped to make the world love her, even if her father could not.
Christine was desired by all men. She had dated 12 actors, 5 directors, and 2 athletes. Despite her sexual appetite, Christine could never find the perfect man. In her heart, she knew that men only wanted her money. Christine eventually came to the conclusion that she would never find a man worth loving. However, Christine’s desire for pleasure continued to flourish and thrive.
Max Fabian was Christine’s current lover. He was a much older man, but he was also rich and full of opportunity. Christine loved wealthy men, for they always determined her career. As the sun went down, Christine prepared herself for a romantic evening. Despite her success, Christine was still insecure, especially when she looked in the mirror. She was over 30 and her skin was worn and tired. After staring at herself for several minutes, Christine came out of her bathroom and walked to the living room. Once there, she discovered Max Fabian sitting on the sofa.
“How have you been?” Max asked.
“I feel old, Max.” Christine answered.
“Why is that?”
“People have been admiring my beauty for a very long time, Max. When I was a girl, men would stop me in the street and ask for my body. They didn’t ask directly, but I knew what they wanted. I hated my appearance, but my attitude soon changed. Do you know why it changed, Max?”
“I don’t have the slightest idea.”
“My appearance has given me wealth and fame. Max, my looks are now gone. I have nothing to live for, nothing to die for. What am I going to do?”
Christine started to cry and her face turned red.
“Christine, I wish I could comfort you. However, you are a damaged woman,” Max stated.
“What do you mean?” Christine asked.
“You value yourself only as others value you. Christine, your looks are gone. Men don’t want you, children don’t want you, and I don’t want you. I came here tonight to tell you that, but I’m starting to have regrets. You need help, Christine. Like most women your age, you are too concerned with your appearance. I can’t handle your constant moping anymore! I need a sane woman in my life, not a deluded maniac.”
Christine began to cry hysterically. To Max’s surprise, she did not leave the room. In that moment, Christine looked as if she were a frightened child. At first, she refused to look at Max Fabian. As time passed, Christine finally gained the courage to look her boyfriend in the eye.
“I only want you to love me,” she whispered.
“I did love you, Christine. In many ways, I still love you. You’re a unique woman, an incredible woman. However, your constant moping is causing me to have heart problems. I need stability, at least for a few weeks. Somehow, I knew it would come to this. We don’t belong together, Christine. Unlike me, you are full of life. I’m a tired man, an old man. There is nothing left for me to celebrate, Christine. I need rest and peace of mind.”
“Are you leaving me, Max?”
“I must.”
Christine suddenly got very angry and all happiness left her. Without warning, Christine began to shout and scream.
“Get out of my house!” Christine screamed.
“You don’t have to ask twice,” he replied.
Max walked out the door, leaving Christine alone and desperate. After several minutes, Christine walked to her bathroom and shut the door. Once again, she looked at herself in the mirror.
“I’m ugly.” Christine said.
In Christine’s mind, she judged herself to be inadequate. Without further hesitation, Christine picked up a knife and cut her delicate face.
“I won’t wait for old age to take me. If I’m destined to be ugly, then let me be ugly!” Christine shouted.
Christine butchered her face relentlessly and without mercy. Within minutes, Christine’s beauty was gone. After several seconds, Christine left her apartment and drove to the house of Max Fabian. Once there, she knocked on the door. At first, there was no answer. It was the middle of the night and most people had gone to bed. Eventually, Max Fabian made his way downstairs and opened the door.
“Who is it?” Fabian asked.
“It’s Christine.”
“What do you want?”
“I must talk to you.”
Max reluctantly allowed Christine to cross the threshold. To Christine’s surprise, the room was dark and Max could not see her new face.
“What do you want, Christine?” Fabian asked.
“Can we get some lights on in here?”
“I would rather keep it dark. You see, my eyes are very sensitive to bright lights late at night and I don’t want to disturb them.”
“I need to show you something, Max. I know you won’t like it, but we must have the lights on.”
“Make it quick,” he replied.
“I will.”
After a few seconds, light suddenly came into the room. Max stood in horror as he saw Christine’s butchered face. To Fabian’s surprise, blood was everywhere. He was shocked, mystified, and terrified of that horrible face.
“Christine, what have you done to yourself?” Max screamed.
“Don’t you like it?”
“Stay away from me!” Max shouted.
Max backed up against the wall as Christine came closer. Suddenly and without warning, Max’s heart went into shock.
“What’s the matter, afraid of a little blood?” Christine laughed.
“Help me, please!” Max shouted.
Max’s heart began to fail and light suddenly left his eyes. Within seconds, Max Fabian was dead. Christine tried to feel for him, but she felt nothing. From that day on, love had left Christine Williams. After a few minutes, Christine left the house of Max Fabian and was never seen again.
