THE MAGIC BOOK

THE MAGIC BOOK(Fionna Altamirano) Once there was a girl named Angelina. She loves reading books. Adventure, mystery, comedy, magical, action, even scary books. But the ones she loved most were adventure books. One Saturday afternoon while Angelina was at the public library, she found a strange book. It was glowing. Angelina thought the book had glitter. So, she checked out that book. when she got home she discovered the book was magical. The book opened by itself. So, when Angelina saw a page of a mystery, she wish that the legend of the ancient diamond could be real. The wind howled and Angelina was in Egypt. So, she got out the book and read: EGYPT A IS A TYPE OF DESERT. Angelina started walking across the desert. She was so hungry and thirsty. Then she saw a picnic blanket. On top was food and drinks. So, she got her book and read: THE HEAT MAKES ILLUSIONS TO TRICK PEOPLE. Angelina kept going until she found the pyramid. She got out her book and read: THERE´S A BUTTON. Angelina could not find the button so, she kept reading: THE BOTTON LOOKS LIKE A DANCING EGYPTAN. Once got in the pyramid she got her book and read: WATCH OUT FOR MUMMIES AND BOBEY TRAPS! Angelina got a little scared. But she needed to get to the treasure. So, dodged all the mummies and traps. Sometimes the mummies fell in their own traps. When she got the treasure she wished she could go home. So, when she got home she went to the library to buy the book. When she came back she put her book and her diamond in her safe. Angelina was so exhausted that she went right to sleep.
