There is a crack in the fabric of reality and fiction. What that means is everything that you are afraid of is real and standing right in front of you but you just can't see it. People say that you're living your life the way that it's meant to be and everything around you is the normal way of life. That is a lie. Normal is just an illusion caused by the fact that your brain is blocking out most of the world and universe around you. Think about your worst fear of the darkness. The way your mind suddenly comes to the conclusion that something terrible is in the shadows watching you. Your mind tells you that you're not alone in the dark. You suddenly start to picture weird and scary creatures in the dark. It could be a sheet white face with razor teeth or it could be a strange creature slithering straight at you. That is the moment when your mind is telling you everything is real. I'll give you a couple examples. Say that you watched a movie that scared you beyond your usual measures. You go home and decide to call a friend to tell them about it. As you are explaining it to them the thing most scary about it is slowly being pulled through from fiction to reality. The more detail you put in it the more it becomes real. By the time you're done, you have made your worst fear come true. Another example, your friend calls you and needs to talk because they are completely scared about a dream they had. They explain it to you in perfect detail. You start to feel chills running down your spine. That is the moment when your friends dream becomes reality and is right there with you. It is a constant chain of everyone in the world making their nightmares real. Science says that we only use 1/3 of our brain, which should make you wonder what the other 2/3 is doing? The answer is simple. It is blocking out the worst fears standing right in front of you. It's keeping you from seeing these because if you actually saw them it could kill you from just fright. If you don't believe me then try this out. In the middle of the night go outside. Close your eyes and picture your fear. Get the perfect image and concentrate on it. Once you have it visualized open your eyes and glimpse to your right. Don't move your head just your eyes. You will see your worst nightmares staring at you. Close your eyes, count to ten and it should be gone. Just know that once you see it everything you know will change. You are always being watched. Sweet dreams...
