Deluding the Anguish(kjforce) Under Control...Guaranteed...or one man's personal gain ?

It was a beautiful November day and everyone was excited to hear their new Leader of State speak of all the great things he had promised them...as the people gathered around their televisions , many of which had scheduled parties celebrating the win, you could feel the excitement in the air...they were so happy, as months of anguish had preceded this day. It’s time they shouted ,here he is, our new Leader of State as he stepped up to the podium , and you could hear the roar of the crowd across the country...
Welcome citizens he stated, today I am pleased to announce my plans for the next four years. As I told you, I promise that everyone will have Healthcare no one will be left behind... and everyone will be entitled to free food, housing ,education , only the wealthy ( which will be determined ) will pay taxes and out of pocket for Healthcare.
The following applies to anyone who makes less than $200,000.00 per year.
The Healthcare system will have stipulations as follows:

# 1.Only married couples may apply for a requisition to become pregnant , this will be active for 2 months. . women will be examined to determine. If test is negative, they must wait 24 months before re-applying. This policy will adhere for each pregnancy. All applicants will be thoroughly investigated / tested to determine whether or not they are physically and mentally stable to procreate.
Note : not adhering to these stipulations will result in termination of pregnancy, no exceptions.
Medical examinations will be determined as to whether or not they are necessary.. includes all ages up to 40.
Ages 50 and up may or may not qualify for any required medical treatment..

# 2. Free housing will be provided for everyone...Men will live in one building ,
Women and children in another...Monday through Friday... NO exceptions.
Families may live together Saturday and Sunday only...to end at promptly 6:00 pm.
Each will return to designated area.
Meals will be provided in a cafeteria environment. ..breakfast/dinner...no lunch..no snacks. 1 coffee/tea per day...no soda...water bottles will be available, first come first serve...limited quantities daily.

# 3. Education will be provided for each Child ages 6 through 12...thereafter those with FCAT scores above 90% will continue to get free academic education preparing them for College. Upon their College graduation, they will be committed to working for the state for no less than 10 years, to pay their grants/loans back. Whereas those below a grade of 90 % will be tested for placement in a Trade School environment , and upon graduation their names will be submitted in the Country Lottery, to determine job placement .
Failure to maintain acceptable grades or uncontrollable disciplinary issues after age 12, will constitute being removed from parental responsibility and assigned military service, work farms or prison , with NO family contact , which includes no communication.

#4. Everyone will wear a monitor device and login each day upon awakening, although you may register for exemption if your job requires special dispensation, however there are no guaranties you will accepted.

# 5. All paychecks will be direct deposit to government main account to cover expenses for all people. Each adult will be issued a debit card monthly in the amount of $100.00 to spend as they see fit. All will be required to register for requests for other expenses.
I have thought long and hard on these issues and feel they are going to be beneficial to all and get our country back on track, as I did not cause this situation...society did...
