Retired physician neurologist, living in Lake Oswego, OR. I've been writing since 1980's. I published a memoir, 1987, "Loose Ends" and wrote and illustrated three children's books, including "Gus at Work," "Oscar and Gus," and "Tanya and the Baby Elephant." I have published more than 40 short stories in magazines and e-zines. My young adult novel appeared in June 2025, "Fifteen Keys." It's a story about three boys on quest to find fifteen keys that will allow them to return home eligible to become future elders. Set in the year 1890, it is a coming of age story filled with ethical lessons.
