A Short Sighted Move
Born 1944, F, from Suffolk, United KingdomSitting at the table, his eyes sought her out. She sat where she usually did. Every Tuesday night for the last month he had come here, just to see her. Tonight, he would speak to her.
Downing his drink he bought another, he needed Dutch courage.
He watched her - with every movement the long blonde hair caressed her bare shoulders. At fifty-four, a confirmed bachelor, he was smitten. As though sensing his eyes on her she turned her head, looking straight at him. Flicking her hair over one shoulder, she smiled. Positioning her body on the chair, she crossed one nylon clad leg over the other, her skirt hitching up as she did so. His eyes were drawn to the well defined thigh. He ran a finger around his shirt collar which suddenly seemed tight, as though cutting off his air supply.
Leaving her seat she walked to the bar, hips swaying, the sequined dress shimmering. He went to stand by her side; the heady smell of her perfume filled his nostrils.
"Here, let me," he said, holding out money to the barman.
"Thank you, Mr ...?" Her voice sounded husky and seductive - just the way he imagined.
"Call me Henry. Would you like to join me at my table?"
Once seated, passing her drink, their fingers touched, giving him a tingle. "My name's Melody," she said, looking under her lashes at him.
After several drinks, Melody said, "It's rather warm in here. Shall we go outside for a breath of air?"
Henry quickly agreed. Things were progressing faster than he'd anticipated.
Once outside, Melody said, "Well, we both know why we're out here. Come on, let's go round the back where it's more private."
Things were moving just a little too fast for Henry's liking. "I just need to ... err, you know. I won't be a minute." Henry went back inside the club, heading towards the Gents. Standing at the urinal, he became conscious of someone standing next to him.
"I thought I'd go as well," 'Melody' said in a gruff male voice, the skirt of the dress pulled up.
Henry was that shocked he peed on his shoes. Pulling up his zipper so fast that his manhood was in danger of getting snagged, he ran from the Gents like a cat with its tail on fire.
Once in the foyer he stopped to draw breath. Getting his spectacles from his pocket - he didn't wear them when he visited the club, thinking he looked better without them - he put them on. It was then he noticed the sign.
Here at the Twilight Club every Tuesday evening starting at 9 p.m.
Tranny/Gay night. All genders welcome.
