My Gift to the World

My Gift to the World(Angela) There are so many things that we can give and receive from the world, but what gift would you give the world? When you give a gift we receive one as well, but not a concrete gift, an abstract gift such as happiness, love, loyalty, respect, time, and more. I have so many abstract things that I can receive and give to the world, but I choose to give what I think the world really needs.

One thing I would like to give to the world is peace. I would give peace because the world today is full of war and its breaking out of nowhere. With the war going on, many people are dying, which leaves families depressed and sad. We need to fix the problems that we have with war. We need to learn how to cooperate with talking, instead of using weapons and our military.

There are many important aspects of world peace. The most important aspect to world peace is that it is an ideal of freedom and peace amongst all the countries. We need this because we are losing hundreds of people to war every day. This is one reason why I would give the world, world peace.

Something I would ask from the world to give me is time. I would ask for time because I feel we don’t have enough years in our life to do everything we want to. As a young child you spend most of your life in school and you don’t have enough good memories to last. As we grow older, more responsibilities come to us because we start to get a job and a house and start creating a family. There just isn’t enough time to do all the things that we enjoy.

There are also many important aspects for time. The most important one to me though is managing time, because you only have so much, so that you need to spend it carefully and wisely. If you do sports you must have time for that. You must have time for school and homework, and sometimes you just become overwhelmed. That is why the most important aspect of time is managing it.

This is just one thing I'd like to give and receive from the world. This is why I’m giving - we received something more than just concrete gifts. This year I’d like to bring joy to people less fortunate than me. What will you give to the world this year?
