The dwarf looked over his foreshortened shoulder at the giant. Why did he have to always look down on him? The giant held out a hand to help the dwarf up from off the ground. The dwarf, named Roger, declined the invitation and instead opted to struggle back to his little feet on his own. The Giant, let's call him Albert for legal purposes, sighed tiredly at Roger. He always felt that Roger undermined him just because of his height. Roger was always envious of Albert's height. Why couldn't God grant him lengthy limbs?
"I don't think this is the right way" said Albert.
"You never believe in me" Roger replied.
"That's not true."
"Isn't it??" Roger became angry with the blink of an eye, "How about the time we were searching for ancient gold in South America? You said there were no such thing as the Mehaccahaucauauauauachuaua tribe."
"I didn't say they didn't exist, I just said I couldn't say their name."
"No, you said their name reminded you of a snotty cough."
Albert smiled to himself.
"Oh yes."
The two unlikely companions carried on through the undergrowth of the thick, steamy jungle they had been travelling through for 11 days now. Roger was starting to doubt that they were ever going to find the 'Lost City of Oh' but he couldn't let Albert know this.
"I think I found it!" Albert yelled as excited as a blind man on Tuesdays.
Roger was lost for words. There in front of him was, nothing. Well actually Albert was in front of him, but as he rounded his colossal friend he found in its entirety the Lost City of Oh. The city was approximately five inches in circumference and completely deserted.
"Oh" Said Roger.
