They sat on the couch, he poured some vodka into her glass. Her eyes revealed an urgent need that he picked up on. He moved closer. His hand clumsily touching her soft shiny web of hair. She tried to smile; he did, too. But for some strange reason they didn't. He withdrew his hand. Then the conversation began. He spoke first, "I know you don't think that I brought you here just to get you drunk on vodka and talk about the weather! I think you know that there are more important matters to get to!" "Such As?" she asked in a quiet but sexy tone of voice. "Such As" he said. "Yes, Such as" She said, this time speaking in a strange different tone of voice. "Sex, sex is important, girl! and I can give you more than enough to keep you satisfied, but only if this is what you're really in need of! If love is what you're in need of, I don't think I can give you much of that!" He said in a somewhat stuttering tone of voice. "Why not?!!" she questioned. "I've tried! I've tried it! It just doesn't work out good for me. I've been burned too many times. Shed too many tears. Felt too much pain. I'm just tired of being hurt." "I enjoy sex! I just think about sex and don't bother to think about love," he said. She said, "You don't wanna think about love because that makes you think about all the hurt you've had!" "You don't know how I feel" he shouted. "I know" she replied in a slightly emotional knowing tone of voice. "I have a Question" he stammered. "Such as?" she inquired. A smile now was upon her face. Again she inquired, "Such As?"
