The Stars
Born 2001, F, from Canterbury, United KingdomIn a meadow of swirling blue flowers, on the cold night of a full moon, a black figure appeared dancing through the green grass. She was a corpse bride, you could tell by the way she moved, carefully, like, if she fell to her knees because of tripping up she wouldn't just get the slightest bruise or scrape the living would receive. Her cracked face twisted left to right, dragging a dark cloud of beautifully flowered hair with it, it was like she was looking for something. Her crisp skin was only wrapped round parts of her. She seemed so delicate in a way.
After a long peaceful wander round she stopped at a grey crumbling grave stone saying: IN MEMORY OF JACK. She dropped a small bouquet of red daisies onto the dry soil and started to sing, "I lost the one I still love and I lost my soul, it burnt and died in the hot coal." A small teardrop forced itself out of her clouded eyes and seeped into the dirt. A tall skeleton in a black suit emerged from the grave. JACK. His boney lips touched her scarred mouth, and soon they were both swept away into the night, and at that moment, and since that moment, there have always been stars spread across the sky.
