Robert was 13. He was from a poor locality. One new day of spring, he sees a new girl in his class, alarming!! charming and what a beauty!

Robert immediately falls for her. He thinks this might just be infatuation or teenage love. Robert, who is mature for his age and has fair thinking, doesn't tell any of his feelings for the girl. But he talks to her after a year, overcoming the fear. The girl likes Robert, who is funny and makes everyone laugh around him. Emily was one of the brightest students of the class. Robert, now in total control of his feelings, talks nicely to Emily with many of his friends together. Things seem well.

Robert had to go to another town to complete his two years of graduation while Emily stays at the same place for doing the same. There were no cell phones popular at that time. So, they had no contact. There was no day when Robert didn't think of Emily. He still thought it was a teenage crush thing and he hid it so deep in his heart.

Two years were over, and he comes back and meets his friends. Every thing is so good again. Now one day he goes to Emily and tells her exactly of his feelings. She feels uncomfortable and says he was just a best friend to her. He comes back in denial and sadness, a discouraged lad whose first love was this feeling so damn difficult to overcome. He just spends two years unnoticed, mostly in bed and watching action films. But still he feels the love growing stronger and stronger each day. He couldn't even tell this to any one.

He started jogging and working out and meeting his old friends. He didn't give up yet. Hoping that one day it would work or he'd just be a bachelor.

He was 21. It was Halloween and Robert went out along with his male friends. There he saw Emily walking to the same house. Robert's eyes were now wet with emotion and unbearable happiness. He saw Emily and probably saw the same in her eyes.
She comes near and says, 'hi'.
Robert replies, 'I missed you'.
'I missed you too.'

Then she hugs him and asks him to lift her. He hugs her and lifts her and starts to walk on the dark cold road. He tell her again how badly he loves her and kisses gently her forehead and they both have tears of joy. Their hands locked together tightly as if there were no separation between them. Then he kisses her so passionately, as if he never loved any one. The scene was like the most romantic thing that ever happened to any couple.

Then they walk along the road cracking jokes and talking about life....
