Tommy woke up to the sound of traffic. Cars were honking, people were screaming, and trucks were releasing the horrible stench of gas. "Huh....another day," said Tommy. "Gotta make this one worth somthing." He slipped on his shoes and his hat, grabbed his bag and his guitar, then headed for the corner. He got to the corner, put down his bag, got out his guitar, then started playing a song. He watched all the cars drive by. Some people slowed their car down and gave him spare change, but others just rolled down their windows and shouted mean things out to him like, "loser!!". He just ignored those people and all he said to them was "God bless".

He stopped playing his guitar for a second, and looked around. He saw people eating, laughing, and enjoying their life. Then he looked at his hands and his shoes. His hands were covered in dirt, and his shoes were filled with holes. Then he reached into his pocket, and pulled out a little bible that he had gotten before his parents passed on. He opened it, and began reading. Then he closed it, put his hand on his bible, then said a prayer. When he opened his eyes, he saw a $100 dollar bill laying right next to him. He looked around, puzzled, not knowing if he was just seeing things, or if it was for real. He spotted a man driving off in his car, looking back at him, grinning, shouting, "God bless you!!!" Tommy closed his eyes and began to cry tears of joy as the clouds came together and it began to rain. He got up, and started walking to the store as he murmered to himself, "God is good....God is good."
